1.This certificate is the certification for the obligee enjoying the house property ownership.
2.The house owner and the interested party can go to the house property registration authority to query the housing registration book in conformity with legal provisions.
3.The items recorded in the certificate are subjected to those in the housing registration book in case of inconformity, except there is evidence to prove the housing registration book incorrect.
4.Any other institutions or individuals other than the house property registration authority shall not affix any word or any seal over this certificate.
5.The certificate shall be carefully kept, and in case of being lost or damaged, the owner could apply for reissuing.
