基于AMESim的深海采矿车液压执行
系统建模与仿真

摘要:以深海采矿车液压执行系统为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,模拟深海环境下采矿车 越障的典型工况,通过设置主要系统参数,实现深海采矿车液压执行系统的动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,液压执行 系统及各液压元件在深海采矿各种越障工况下安全可靠,系统稳定性好。模拟结果可以为深海采矿车液压系统的 优化设计及控制提供理论依据。 关键词:深海采矿车;液压执行系统;AMESim;软件 中图分类号:TD424 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1671—4172(2012)02—0005—03
Modeling and simulation of deep-sea mining vehicle’S hydraulic
execution system based on AMESim
WANG Juan ,JIANG Yong (1.Beijing General Research Institute of Mining&Metallurgy,Beijing 100070,China; 2.School of Mechanical Engineering,University of Science and Technology Beijing,Beijing 100083,China) Abstract:Taken deep-sea mining vehicle’S hydraulic execution system for research object,a simulation model is established using software AMESim,and various extreme obstacle conditions in deep-sea environment are simula— ted.The dynamics simulation of deep—sea mining vehicle’S hydraulic execution system is obtained through setting main parameters using software AMESim.The result shows that hydraulic execution system and various hydraulic com— ponents are reliable in various deep-sea extreme obstacle conditions,and the whole system is stable.The result provides a new way for evaluating performance and optimization design of deep-sea mining vehicle’S hydraulic system. Abstract:The paper introduce a self—designed hydraulic system used for emulsion pump station and discribe the hydraulic system woks and flow automatically unload subsystem,and use of AMESim system simulation software,modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system,and analysised the the simulation results,and obtained the the key factor of the emulsion pump hydraulic system for stable operation. 摘要:AMESim 是法国IMAGINE 公司开发的高级工程系统仿真建摸环境,为机械、液压、控制等工程系统提供了一个较为完善的仿真环境。首先介绍了AMESim 软件的功能和特点,并以阀控液压缸液压伺服系统为例,探讨了基于AMESim 的液压伺服系统的模型建立、参数设置和仿真方法,得出了仿真结果,并对改变系统元件参数下的仿真结果进行了比较与分析。
