Fish in brown sauce (红烧鱼块) Materials: fish, Chinese onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, vinger, salt, cooking wine, chicken powder, starch, garlic bolt, white pepper.

Step:1.Wash the fish,then cut the fish into several pieces and put them into a bowl.Add the right amount of salt,white pepper and cooking wine to the fish, and mix them to marinate for half an hour.

2. Mix the marinated fish with starch.

3.Heat he wok over high heat until hot.Add the oil when the oil is hot enough.Put the steak into the oil until golden yellow ,then place the fish spare.

4.Cut the ginger and garlic,then add the oil to cook them, then put the fried steak into the wok and stir evenly for a few seconds.

5.Put the amount of soy sauce,sugar,vinger and water into the wok,cover with lid and simmer for three to five minutes.

6.Open the lid and add the chicken powder,scallion and garlic bolt to the wok ,then soon the dish onto a serving platter.
