专访贝宁驻华大使
西蒙·阿多维兰德贝宁很骄傲成为
中国朋友圈的一员

使西蒙·阿多维兰德接受《中国对外贸易》专访时表
示，此次论坛是一场高规格的国际盛会，习近平主
席和众多非洲国家领导人均出席此次活动。这对于
各方来讲都是一次重要的机遇。
中非合作步入成熟稳定期
中国和贝宁于1972年恢复外交关系，在这46年
间，两国基于互信和尊重，结下了深厚的友谊，开展
了卓有成效的合作，加强了人民之间的往来，双边
关系得到了稳步发展。“贝宁非常骄傲能够成为中
国朋友圈中的一员。双边合作在多领域结出硕果，
如基础建设、农业、商业、教育等方面。”阿多维兰
德指出。
阿多维兰德认为，多年来，中国的发展取得了
令人瞩目的成绩，同时非洲也有了很大的发展。“我
希望9月的峰会能够提供一个良好的平台，促使双
方以互利共赢为基础，同时考虑非洲大陆及人民需
求，建立中非强有力的伙伴关系并能实现重大项目
一体化。”
谈到今年中非合作论坛北京峰会的五大目标，
阿多维兰德表示，“制定这五个目标，让我确信中非
合作已经步入成熟稳定期。”在他看来，中非双方在
南南合作框架下行动计划的实施，为世界树立了独
一无二的典范。值得关注的是，中国把自己和非洲
看做命运共同体，九月份的峰会标志着中非关系的
重要转折，相关重要议题将在会上讨论。
贝宁计划加入“一带一路”倡议
对于中国提出的“一带一路”倡议，阿多维兰德
认为，“一带一路”是一个值得称赞且具有国际化的
倡议。一方面，沿着古丝绸之路，中国建立起一个
连接亚洲、欧洲和非洲的基础设施和商业的网络；
另一方面，“一带一路”倡议促进了中国与其世界其特别报道SPECIAL REPORT

他伙伴命运共同体的建设。
阿多维兰德特别指出，“‘一带一路’倡议为贝宁
应对发展挑战提供了支撑平台。尽管并不在“一带一
路”沿线上，但贝宁也拟定加入该倡议。”据介绍，贝
宁的政府工作规划与“一带一路”倡议高度契合，双
