——以亚马逊物流为例

【摘要】在互联网的飞速发展和经济全球化的氛围下，跨境电子商务的热潮此起彼伏。与传统对外贸易相比，跨境电商更加灵活且便捷，这使得跨境电商迅速发展。跨境物流为适应跨境电子商务的需求应运而生，相对于国内物流运输，跨境物流还有很多问题有待优化，比如运输路线复杂、成本高，还涉及跨境清关业务等，若想促进跨境电商快速发展，优化跨境物流运输非常重要。作为全球最大的跨境电子商务平台，亚马逊的物流模式可以作为跨境电子商务物流的模范。本文主要以亚马逊电商中国卖家的角度出发，研究了跨境物流现在存在的问题和解决方案。第一部分介绍了国际跨境电商的基本概况和跨境物流运输的基本形式；第二部分详细分析了亚马逊物流的操作模式，即海外仓与第三方物流对跨境电商贸易的影响；第三部分对海外仓和第三方物流进行了SWOT分析；最后一部分则是从亚马逊物流的操作模式出发，为跨境电商企业提供了一些建议。

New forms of International Trade: A New Study of Cross-border E-commerce

[Abstract] With the rapid development of the Internet and economic

globalization, the upsurge of cross-border e-commerce has emerged one after another.

Compared with traditional foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce is more flexible and

convenient, which leads to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. In order

to meet the needs of cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics has emerged as

The Times require. Compared with domestic logistics and transportation, there are still

many problems to be optimized in cross-border logistics, such as complicated

transportation routes, high costs and cross-border customs clearance. To promote the

rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, it is very important to optimize cross-border logistics and transportation. As the largest cross-border e-commerce platform in

the world, amazon's logistics model can serve as a model for cross-border e-commerce

logistics. This paper mainly studies the existing problems and solutions of cross-border

logistics from the perspective of Chinese sellers of amazon e-commerce. The first part

introduces the basic situation of international cross-border e-commerce and the basic

forms of cross-border logistics and transportation. The second part analyzes the

operation mode of amazon logistics in detail, that is, the influence of overseas

warehouse and third-party logistics on cross-border e-commerce trade. The third part

carries on the SWOT analysis to the overseas warehouse and the third party logistics;

The last part starts from the operation mode of amazon logistics and provides some

suggestions for cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
