The customer may have additional requirements, e.g., inspection testing, greater frequencies, etc. When performing the job audit, the auditor shall verify heat treater

conforming to the customer's requirements.

顾客可以增加其它要求,如检查试验、增加检测频率等,评审时审核员应确认热处理组织是否满足了顾客要求。

Continuous furnace frequencies are per lot (work order) or as specified, whichever is more frequent.

Continuous strip charts and/or data loggers are required for temperature and carbon monitoring unit, e.g., dew point, oxygen probe, IR

gas analyzer, etc.

Atmosphere flow meters/indicators are required.

recording pyrometers. Furnace temperature shall be controlled with soak times starting at the lower tolerance limit (as defined above).
