1 摘要

众所周知,城市污水是水污染大户。据不完全统计,2005年全国城市废水年排放总量已超过500亿m3。由此可见,为了控制污染,保护环境,迫切需要解决城市污水同环境保护协调发展的问题。

根据城市污水产生的特点和污水的性质,将废水处理同废水回用结合起来作为一个完整的系统加以考虑,似更为合理,使废水处理更能适应环境保护和生产发展的要求。

本设计针对城市生活污水水质特征,同时要求脱磷除氮。对SBR、氧化沟和A2/O工艺进行比选,选择SBR作为主体工艺。污水通过格栅→调节池→SBR池工艺处理后,达到《城市污水再生利用杂用水水质标准》(GB-T18920-2002)、《城市污水再生利用 景观环境用水水质》(GB-T 18921-2002)和《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准的一级排放标准。

2 Abstract

As everyone knows, city sewage water polluters.According to incomplete

statistics, in 2005 the national city wastewater discharge gross already

exceeded 50000000000 m3.Therefore, in order to control pollution, protect

environment, urgent need to solve the city sewage and the coordinated

development of environmental protection problem.

According to the city sewage and wastewater characteristics of

characters, will waste water treatment and wastewater reuse as a combination

of a complete system into consideration, a more reasonable, so that the

wastewater treatment can adapt to the environment protection and the

requirements of production and development.

The design for the city sewage water quality characteristics, at the same

time dephosphorization nitrogen discharge.On SBR, oxidation ditch

technology and A2/O is selected, select SBR as the main process.Sewage

through the grille, regulating pond → SBR pool process, achieve "sewage

treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" one grade discharge standard.
