正确认识忍与情绪表达 学生姓名:XXX 学号XXXXXXXXX 教育科学学院 专业:心理学 指导老师:齐原 职称:讲师 摘要:在生活的很多情境中,忍和情绪表达经常会被人们有意无意的运用。在这里,本文将对两者做以分析,比较一下忍和情绪表达的含义,心理机制,功能及其与心理健康的关系,找到它们的相同和不同之处,以便于我们对于忍和情绪表达有一个更好地了解,进而在生活中更好地使用忍和情绪表达。 关键词:忍;情绪表达;心理机制
Absract: In many situations of our life, endurement and emotional expressivity are often used by people consciously or unconsciously. Here, this paper will do analysis of both, and compare between the meaning of endurement and emotional expressivity, their own psychological mechanism, function and their own relation to mental health,to find the same and different places in them, which can help us catch a better understanding of them, make a better use of them. 引言:在现代这个快节奏的社会,人们承受着来自于家庭、社会、工作等各个
方面的压力。当人们在面对生活中一些场合时,总会不可避免地遇到一些不如意的事。怎样处理自己的行为和情绪才对自己有利,做到既顾及了自己的事业、人际等其他重要的方面,又能让自己对自己的心理状态进行一个 更为清晰的了解,以便适时地进行调整,保持一个 轻松愉快的心情,就显得尤为重要。因此我们很有必要对于我们较常采取的两种方式——忍和情绪表达,有一个正确的认识。 1. 对忍和情绪表达的理解 忍和情绪表达的含义多年来一直受到关注,但是并未形成统一的看法,下面将大概阐述一下两者的含义。 1.1忍的心理学定义 忍从古代一直被人们推崇到现在,经久不衰。忍的定义也一直备受争议,以下就简单的介绍一下。 1.1.1以往学者对忍的定义 李敏龙曾将“忍”的心理学概念界定为:“忍是一种策略性的自抑机制或历程,在此机制或历程中,当事人为了避免对自己、他人或公众显然不利之后果的 2
发生,或为了预期对自己、他人或公众显然有利之后果的出现,不得不做己所不欲的事情或承受己所不欲的身心痛苦。”在这一界定中,有三点值得推敲: 第一、忍是不是一种单纯的自抑机制?李敏龙在对忍的概念作开放式问卷调查时发现,有50.71%的被试是从心理历程的角度来理解忍的概念的,其中主要有以下几种理解方式:克制(19.81%)、容受(12.04%)、坚心(9.51%)、退让(9.35%)。其中学生样本回答,“克制”占有较大的比例,在“退让”上则较少。由此可见,人们在对忍的理解上存在着个体差异,虽然多数人把忍理解为一个克制的过程,但忍实际上有着更为复杂的心理机制,并不是一种单纯的自抑机制。 第二、在忍的过程中,个体是不是一定处于“不得不”的被动状态?在李敏龙的调查结果中还发现,有24.56%的被试是从忍的目的的角度来理解忍的概念的,认为忍主要有以下几种目的:避免人际冲突、维护人际和谐(8.09%);道德修养或人生智慧(5.55%);完成事情或避免坏事情(4.12%);生存或适应环境(3.80%);团体的目的或社会秩序(2.06%);获得财富或利益(0.48%);个人成就或前途(0.48%)。可见,忍的过程是可以有目标驱动的,它并不仅仅是个体为了应对眼前的挫折和冲突而被动采取的逃避策略。忍的历程被动或主动是有情境差异和个体差异的。 第三、忍的过程中是不是一定伴随着身心痛苦?忍的过程中要承受一定的压力和挫折,并伴随着个人利益的让渡。在西方的文化中,个人利益是至高无上的,个人利益的让渡就意味着牺牲。而中国文化是道德本位、家族本位、伦理本位的文化,在这样的文化背景中,忍作为道德践行的手段受到推崇。杨中芳在谈到中国人的“自我”发展时认为:“中国人的‘自己’的发展可谓是一个‘道德自己’的发展过程:在这个发展过程中,个人由‘个己’进行超越转化,到‘自己’与‘社会’融为一体。按个人‘自己’发展的速度,超越的范围有所不同,因此俗语中常用的‘牺牲小我,完成大我’是一个人在‘修身’的过程中,初步的超越转化步骤。此时,个人的‘小我’意识与‘大我’意识属于两个分开的个体。因此,必须要求前者为后者牺牲。其实,到修身功夫的后期,小我己扩散至与大我合一,因而变为忘记‘个己’,或不觉‘个己’存在的程度。那时,就无所谓什么牺牲不牺牲了。”此时,个人利益的让渡便成了一种奉献。正如很多中国父母为了孩子有出息,甘愿牺牲自己的一切,却并不以此为痛苦,反而觉得是种快乐。对于他们来说,孩子的成才就是自己人生的价值之所在。所以,忍的过程并不一定伴随着身心痛苦。[1] 1.1.2对忍的重新界定 通过对“忍”进行语义分析可知,忍的概念具备以下两个层次的心理学意涵:
