There be
一、There be句型的概念
There be表示某地(或某时)存在有某人(或某物)，而并非某地(某人、某物或某时)拥有什么东西，其实质是倒装句。There的意思“那里”，你不能翻译成“那儿是”，要翻译成“有”。
例句：There are some shoes near the bed。
正确翻译：在床旁边有些鞋子。
错误翻译：那儿是床边的一些鞋子。
二、There be句型的三种时态及句型结构：
（一）三种时态
①一般现在时: There is 和There are。
①一般过去时：There is——There was；There are——There were
①一般将来时：There will be、There is/are going to be 翻译：将要有……
（二）句型结构：
一般疑问句
①一般现在时和一般过去时一般疑问句：Is/Are/Was/Were+there+其他？
肯定回答：Yes，there+is/are/was/were
否定回答：No，there isn't/aren't/wasn't/weren't
①一般将来时一般疑问句： Will there be+其他.
肯定回答Yes,there will
否定回答：No.there won't
一般现在时和一般过去时否定形式
①一般现在时和一般过去时在be动词后面加not.
There isn't/aren't/wasn't/weren't +其他.isn't/aren't/wasn't/weren't的完整形式对应是is not，are not，was not 和were not
①一般将来时的过去时的否定形式： There will not（won’t）be..........................
特殊疑问句结构
①表示数量的特殊疑问词（How many 或 how much）+be+there+其他?

there be和方位介词
There be 是英语中常用句型， 意思是“某地有某物”。There be结构是一种弱式强调结构。There在此结构中是引导词，已经没有副词“那里”的含义。
就近原则 There be 后面的名词是句子的主语, be要和后面的主语保持一致，若出现并列主语，要遵循就近原则。
There is a pen and some pencils in the pencil-box.
There are some pencils and a pen in the pencil-box.
结构 1）肯定结构 there be + 名词+ 地点/时间状语
There is some juice in the bottle.
2）否定结构 there be 句型的否定结构在be后加not(any) 或no。
There are no books on the desk.= There are not any books on
the desk.
3）疑问结构 there be 句型的疑问结构将be提前
Are there any people in the room?
时态 1）一般现在时 there is /are
There are some apples on the apple tree.
2) 一般过去时 there was/were
There was a sport meeting in the playground yesterday.

1、考点一：主谓一致
There is a pen and two rulers in the box.
There are two rulers and a pen in the box..
注意：主谓一致遵循就近原则的还有：either…or；neither…nor；not…but; not only…but also等。
e.g. ①Neither you nor I am wrong.你和我都没错。
②Not you but your father is to blame. 不是你，而是你的父亲该受责备。
③Not only you but(also) he is wrong. 不仅你错了，他也错了。

There are +复数名词+地点状语/时间状语.
1. There是引导词，没有词义；
2. be动词为谓语动词，名词为主语；be动词和名词要保持数的一致。
肯 定 句：“There be＋某人/某物＋地点／时间状语”
否 定 句：“There be not/no +某人/某物+地点/时间状语”
一般疑问句：“Be there +某人/某物+地点/时间状语”?
特殊疑问句：“疑问词+be there+某人/某物+地点/时间状语”?
反义疑问句：“There be＋某人/某物＋地点／时间状语，be (not) there?” 2 / 8 1）否定句: 加not/no
There be句型的否定式的构成和含有be动词的其它句型一样，在be后加上not或no即可。
注意：not和no的不同：not是副词，no为形容词，not a/an/any + n. 相当于no+ n.
