1. 基于对西方可及性维度分析范式的比较，构建了一个解释我国农民工基本医疗卫生服务可及性维度的理论框架，开掘了可及性的构成维度与测度指标，并予以实证。

同时，构建了地方政府资源配置的发展主义动机、制度环境、劳资关系和医疗卫生认知与可及性的理论关联，并采用Factor Analysis和Structural Equation Model加以验证，从动机、制度、组织和认知层面明确了影响农民工基本医疗卫生服务可及性的主要因素。

该研究推进了我国基本医疗卫生服务可及性研究的系统化和本土化，可为地方政府优化农民工群体的基本医疗卫生服务可及性提供决策依据和对策参考。

2. 提出了我国城市场域中农民工社会冲突成因的一种新解释，即城市公共资源配置失衡。

提出城市公共制度、政策执行、财政资源、资源质量等的配置失衡是引发农民工社会冲突的事实基础，而由此所累积习得的负面社会情感是特定矛盾情景中导致集体行动得以爆发或扩大的潜在要因。

3. 提出了移动互联网时代下网络众包模式是"组织分包、大众参与、网络平台支撑"的一种常态化组织形态，它既是随机、碎片和无组织的，又是常态存在的组织形态。

网络众包模式是政策受益者兼政策制定者的一种公共政策制定模式，为我国决策民主与国家治理能力现代化协同推进提供一种全新的实现途径。
