江西省区域经济发展分析及对策

摘 要

十一届三中全会以来，江西以改革开放促发展，有力地推动了经济会发展。但与周边兄弟省市相比，江西还是处于相对落后的局面。面对新形势，如何有效发挥江西区域优势，加速在中部地区经济板块中崛起，缩小与发达省份的差距，顺利实现江西经济在新起点上“崛起新跨越”，无疑是摆在我们面前的重大课题。区域经济学立足于区域经济的增长与发展，着眼于区域经济活动在结构、空间和组织上的最优化，着重于对区域经济问题的总体、综合和动态的研究，是实现区域经济可持续发展的有效规律。因此，江西必须以区域经济学为基础，营造良好发展环境，加快基础设施建设，积极调整产业结构，选择培育经济发展极，调整与完善各项政策，积极探索区域经济合作的新模式等，以实现江西的崛起。

2 ABSTRACT

Since the Third Plenary Session, Jiangxi in reform and opening up and

导论

1.1研究对象

区域经济学是研究经济活动在一定自然区域或行政区域中变化或运动规律及其作用、机制的科学，是经济学与经济地理学相结合的产物。其基本任务在于揭示经济活动的空间组织规律，区域之间的经济联系与相互制约关系，并制定区域经济政策，进行区域经济管理，以推动区域经济的发展，协调区域经济关系。区域经济学立足于区域经济的增长与发展，着眼于区域经济活动在结构、空间和组织上的最优化，着重于对区域经济问题的总体、综合和动态的研究，是实现区域经济的可持续发展的有效规律①。中部发展也属于区域经济学的范畴，因此，制定江西崛起于中部的区域经济发展战略，必须以区域经济学为基础，学习、吸收和借鉴成功的区域经济发展战略模式，科学把握区域经济政策的制定，切实结合江西的实际来调整与完善各项政策，积极探索江西区域经济发展的新模式，以实现江西的崛起。
