摘要

整流电路就是把交流电能转换为直流电能的电路。大多数整流电路由变压器、整流主电路和滤波器等组成。它在直流电动机的调速、发电机的励磁调节、电解、电镀等领域得到广泛应用。整流电路通常由主电路、滤波器和变压器组成。20世纪70年代以后,主电路多用硅整流二极管和晶闸管组成。滤波器接在主电路与负载之间,用于滤除脉动直流电压中的交流成分。变压器设置与否视具体情况而定。变压器的作用是实现交流输入电压与直流输出电压间的匹配以及交流电网与整流电路之间的电隔离(可减小电网与电路间的电干扰和故障影响)。整流电路的种类有很多,有半波整流电路、单相桥式半控整流电路、单相桥式全控整流电路、三相桥式半控整流电路、三相桥式全控整流电路等。

设计一种以三相桥式全控整流电路的MATLAB仿真及其故障分析。以三相桥式全控整流电路为分析对象,利用Matlab/Simulink环境下的SimPowerSystems 仿真采集功率器件在开路时的各种波形,根据输出波形分析整流器件发生故障的种类,判断故障发生类型,确定发生故障的晶闸管,实现进一步故障诊断。运用matlab中的电气系统库可以快速完成对三相整流电路故障仿真,通过分析可以对故障类型给予初步判断,对电力电子设备的开发、运用以及维修有极大的现实意义。

Abstract

Rectifier circuit is to convert AC power to DC power circuits. Most of the rectifier circuit by the transformer,Such as rectifying the main circuit and filter. It is widely used in the governor, excitation regulator generator, electrolysis, electroplating and other areas of DC motor. Rectifier circuit usually consists of a main circuit, a filter and a transformer. After the 1970s, the main circuit composed by multi-rectifier diodes and thyristors. A filter connected between the main circuit and the load, for filtering the pulsating DC voltage of the AC component. Transformers set or not, as the case may be. Transformer action is to achieve electrical isolation AC input matching circuit and the AC mains voltage rectifier and DC output voltage between between (to reduce interference and failure affecting the circuit between the electrical grid). There are many types of rectifier circuit, there is a half-wave rectifier circuit, single-phase half-bridge rectifier circuit, single-phase bridge rectifier circuit full-controlled, three-phase half-bridge rectifier circuit, three-phase bridge controlled rectifier circuit.

Design of a three-phase bridge MATLAB simulation analysis and failure fully controlled rectifier circuit. Fully controlled three-phase bridge rectifier circuit to be analyzed using SimPowerSystems Matlab / Simulink simulation environment collecting power devices of various waveforms at the open, according to the rectifier output waveform analysis of the type of failure, determine the type of failure, to determine thyristor failure to achieve further troubleshooting. The electrical system using matlab library can quickly complete the three-phase rectifier circuit fault simulation, can give a preliminary judgment on the fault type determined by analysis of the development of power electronic devices, use and maintenance of great practical significance.
