摘要

本文针对汽修厂汽车发动机维修工艺质量及经济效益等问题入手，主要以汽车发动机维修为主体，步步深入对汽车发动机的大修工艺进行阐述。通过对汽车发动机原理和维修理论，对发动机出现故障的主要原因、维修工艺、技术参数、性能、检验等方面叙述，与论文的主体相结合。本课题有利于我们在发动机大修时的思维扩展，能形成一个系统的维修方法和维修思路。注重发动机故障的检测诊断以及维修后的发动机各项性能检测。保证发动机大修后其动力性、经济性、安全性、废气排放等各项指标达到要求。对发动机维修技术提出了工艺要求，确定了发动机维修工艺参数，用取得的好的生产效果，验证了工艺选择的合理性，有效地提高了效率、生产质量和发动机维修装配的工艺水平。

Abstract

Aiming at the automobile factory automobile engine repair process quality and economic benefits and other aspects, mainly in automotive engine repair as the main body, step by step further on engine overhaul technology of. Based on the principle of automotive engine and repair theory, the main reason of engine failure, repair process, technical parameters, performance, testing and other aspects of narrative, and the main body of the paper combines. This paper will be helpful for us in engine overhaul when thinking of expansion, can form a system repair method and repair method. Pay attention to engine fault detection diagnosis and repair of engine performance test. Guarantee the engine overhaul after its power, economy, safety, emissions and other indicators meet the requirements. On engine repair technology puts forward technical requirements, determine the process parameters of engine repair, with good production effect, verified the technology rationality, effectively improves the efficiency, quality and engine repair assembly technology.
