2024年炮采、普采工作面采煤工艺及安全操作炮采是一种落后的采煤工艺方式,但对复杂的地质条件适应性强,设备简单,所以,广泛使用于条件比较复杂的中小型煤矿。
一、炮采工艺方式炮采工作面的工艺过程有:破煤、装煤、运煤、支护和回柱放顶等。
(一)破煤爆破落煤的生产过程包括打眼、装药、填炮泥、联炮线、放炮等工序。
1、爆破应达到的要求爆破落煤应满足“两高”、“两少”、“五不”的要求“两高”:炮眼利用率高,保证工作面的循环进度;爆破自装率高,保证爆破后煤体松散适度,尽量减少人工攉煤量,同时要防止煤抛到采空区一侧,提高煤炭采出率。
“两少”:尽量增加每一次爆破的炮眼个数,以减少放炮次数,缩短爆破消耗的时间;合理布置炮眼和装药量,降低炸药和雷管消耗,提高经济效益。
“五不”:不崩坏顶板;不崩倒、崩坏支架;不崩翻刮板输送机;不爆底煤,减少工人起底煤的工作量;不出大块煤,减少工人二次破碎煤的工作量。
另外,对有瓦斯、煤尘爆炸危险的工作面进行爆破作业时的特殊安全要求如下:(1)有瓦斯、煤尘爆炸危险的工作面,必须使用取得产品许可证的煤矿许用炸药和煤矿许用雷管。
(2)放炮工必须由经过专门培训、取得爆破合格证的专职爆破工担任。
爆破作业只准爆破工1人操作。
(3)在爆破作业时,必须执行“一炮三检”和“3人联锁放炮制”。
(4)炮眼封泥必须使用水泡泥,水泡泥外剩余部分炮眼,应用粘土泡泥充填封实,严禁放半炮和出现放炮“打筒”现象。
(5)采煤工作面可以采用分组装药,但一组装药必须一次起爆,严禁在一个采煤工作面使用两台放炮器同时进行放炮。
为达到上述要求,就要根据顶板的稳定程度、煤层厚度和硬度及节理等情况,采用合理的炮眼排列、角度、深度及每眼装药量等。
2、合理的炮眼布置及爆破参数采煤工作面的炮眼布置包括有炮眼布置方式、炮眼深度、角度和炮眼间的距离等内容。
合理炮眼布置一般根据煤层的厚度、煤质的软硬、煤层的层理与节理以及煤层顶底板的情况来确定。
(1)采煤工作面的炮眼布置方式。
浅谈三软煤层瓦斯治理技术【摘要】三软煤层指煤矿开采中遇到的:软的顶板岩层、软的主采煤层和软的煤层底板岩层,一般情况下,具有三软特征的煤矿煤层和顶底板均为软弱岩层。
煤层裂隙发育,构造复杂。
对于三软煤层来说,在掘进过程由于中煤层赋存不稳定且煤层及顶底板软等因素,造成局部区域瓦斯涌出量异常,极大地影响了正常掘进。
采用科学的深孔注水与浅孔注水相结合的方式,增大供风量,松帮让压等行之有效的措施进行综合治理,消除了瓦斯隐患,确保了掘进施工的安全和进尺。
【关键词】三软煤层掘进工作面瓦斯治理深孔注水1 引言煤矿瓦斯是指井下有害气体的总称。
一般包括四类来源。
第一类来源是在煤层与围岩内赋存并能涌入到矿井中的气体;第二类来源是煤矿生产过程中生成的气体。
比如爆破产生的炮烟、内燃机运行时排放的废气,充电过程生成的氢气等;第三类来源是煤矿井下空气与煤、岩、矿物、支架和其他材料之间的化学或生物化学反应生成的气体等;第四类来源是放射性物质蜕变过程生成的或地下水放出的放射性惰性气体氡及惰性气体氦。
在第一类来源中主要是有机质在煤化过程中生成并赋存与煤(岩)中的气体,称为有机源气体;在有火成岩侵入碳酸盐受热分解生成的二氧化碳经断层侵入的煤田,存在有机源气体。
煤矿瓦斯各组分的数量差异是很大的,煤矿大部分瓦斯是来自于煤层,而煤层中的瓦斯一般以甲烷为主,甲烷是煤矿生产中的重大危险源,所以狭义的煤矿瓦斯是指的甲烷。
甲烷是无色、无味、无臭、可以燃烧或爆炸的气体,它对人呼吸的影响与氮相似,可使人窒息。
甲烷分子直径为0.41mm,其扩散速度是空气的1.34倍,涌向煤矿生产空间中的瓦斯能迅速扩散到矿井风流中。
甲烷在巷道断面内的分布取决于巷道壁附近有无瓦斯涌出源。
在自然条件下,由于甲烷在空气中的强扩散性,所以它一经与空气均匀混合,就不会因其密度较空气轻而上浮、聚积。
当无瓦斯涌出时,巷道断面内甲烷的浓度是均匀分布的;当有瓦斯涌出时,甲烷浓度则呈不均匀分布。
三软煤层放顶煤综采设备考察报告2014年1月7日,机电处、宝雨山矿一行6人,到永煤永登公司丰阳煤矿、云盖山二矿,对三软煤层综采设备使用情况进行考察。
通过现场察看、听取介绍,并结合了解永煤永锦公司嵩山煤矿三软煤层综采设备使用情况,汇总考察报告如下:一、考察的目的和任务为认真贯彻落实集团公司“两调整两提高、两创新两带动”战略举措,积极稳妥地推进小型矿井实施采煤机械化工艺,针对宝雨山矿、何庄矿“三软”煤层的特殊地质条件,机电处积极联系到类似煤层条件矿井进行学习调研,了解“三软”煤层综采工作面的装备水平、配套能力、工艺选择,选择适应两矿“三软”煤层的综采设备。
二、两矿采煤工作面概况1、宝雨山矿:首采工作面为12121工作面,位于矿井西翼,设计走向长度720米,切巷长120米,可采储量53.3万吨;煤层总厚为1.1~10m,平均4.55m,煤层倾角为10°~23°,平均16°结构较复杂。
工作面老顶为粉、细粒砂岩,直接顶为泥岩、砂质泥岩、粉、细粒砂岩,伪顶为薄层状泥岩。
直接底为泥岩及砂质泥岩,老底为中、细粒粉砂岩。
预计2014年6月份贯通,7月份开始安装。
接替工作面为11129工作面,位于矿井东翼,走向长1350米,切眼长180米,可采储量132.3万吨,预计2014年12月底贯通。
2、何庄矿:11030工作面倾斜长98m,走向63m,煤层总厚为1.6~10.2m,平均4.4m,煤层倾角为23°~28°。
11030工作面煤层为三软煤层,顶板、底板都为泥岩。
三、学习考察情况1、丰阳煤矿丰阳煤矿11102工作面煤层赋存条件及开采技术条件与宝雨山矿、何庄矿近似,具体工作面概况如下:11102工作面切眼平均倾向长度150m;走向长度817m;工作面平均煤厚4.2m;煤层平均倾角32°,设计可采储量为66.06万吨;煤层为三软煤层,顶板、底板都为泥岩。
工作面上、下端头各安装3架端头架,工作面切眼长度150m,支架型号为:ZF3600/16/24(26);工作面布置两部SGZ630/264型(前部和后部)刮板输送机、下顺槽铺设一部SZZ630/110型转载机、一部PLM500型破碎机、一部DSJ80/40可伸缩胶带输送机。
浅谈炮采工作面的安全管理摘要:在煤矿开采时,炮采工作面容易发生飞块伤人、冲倒支架以及堵住下出口等一系列的安全事故,因此对炮采工作面的安全管理非常有必要。
本文就大倾角煤矿炮采工作面的安全管理技术进行了探讨,为炮采工作面的安全性提供了可以参考的依据。
关键词:炮采;大倾角;工作面管理引言随着我国经济的快速发展,市场中对能源特别是煤炭的需求也在大幅度的提升。
煤炭生产中机械化的水平不断提高,但是仍然有很多煤矿采用爆破技术,特别是在赋存大量倾斜煤层和复杂煤层的环境下,开展爆破技术实现的开采时非常必要的。
1 爆破采煤的要求及其支护原则对于顶软、底软以及煤软的煤层通常采用爆破的方式进行开采,对于底板倾角大于30°的炮采工作面来说,其生产过程中的安全管理难度非常大。
这是因为在开采过程中煤矸的自溜冲击力大,容易发生飞块伤人、冲倒支架、窜矸以及堵住下出口等一系列问题。
另外由于煤层顶板的正压力较小,在爆破的过程中其下滑力较大,支架的稳定性较差,容易出现倒棚冒顶等现象。
所以爆破采煤过程中药尽量做到不崩倒、不损伤支柱,并且避免把煤岩压碎成粉的要求。
为了提高炮采过程的安全性,支护参数和支护形式必须满足护、稳、控三个基本原则。
护是指顶板要采取支护相结合,以护为主,最大限度的消除煤壁片帮,顶板抽、漏、冒等事故;稳是指支架要有足够的稳定性,以保证整个支护系统的刚度,增加支柱的增阻性能,杜绝冒顶事故的发生;控则是要控制支柱的钻底量,从而有效控制顶板离层和底板的下滑,使其起到良好的被支撑状态[1]。
2影响爆破效果的因素(1)煤层的强度。
煤层的强度越高,其完整性越好,煤矿本身抗压、抗拉和抗剪强度越大,爆破时不容易破碎。
(2)地质构造。
在煤层中断层、褶曲以及裂隙等都是其比较薄弱的地方,在爆破过程中会导致爆生气体和压力的泄露,降低爆破能的作用。
另外这些薄弱面还破坏了煤体的完整性,爆破时煤层容易出这些薄弱面处破裂和崩落。
一般情况下,垂直层理、裂隙爆破时,比较容易破碎且块度较小;而平行于或者顺着层理、裂隙的爆破则比较困难且块度较大。

强化煤矿炮采(高档普采)工作面顶板管理规定第一条煤矿应当强化地质预测预报工作。
在炮采(高档普采)工作面回采前,必须探查煤层及其顶底板岩性,查明直接顶、老顶结构和岩石物理力学参数,并按照破碎顶板、较稳定顶板、稳定顶板、坚硬顶板进行顶板分类,编制炮采(高档普采)工作面回采地质说明书并经煤矿总工程师审批。
第二条煤矿应当根据顶板分类制定有针对性的措施。
对于破碎顶板,应当重点防范推垮型冒顶事故;对于坚硬顶板,应当重点防范压垮型冒顶事故。
炮采(高档普采)工作面初采时应当采取强制性放顶措施;在回采过程中,当悬顶面积达到或者超过作业规程规定时,应当停止回采,采取强制放顶措施切断悬空的顶板。
开采倾角大于25°或者直接顶不稳定的煤层时,必须进行安全论证并制定安全技术措施,报煤矿上级公司技术负责人审批,煤矿无上级公司的,由矿长审批。
第三条煤矿应当加强炮采(高档普采)工作面临时支护管理。
针对工作面顶板的不同条件,在炮采工作面作业规程中明确一次起爆的范围,在高档普采工作面作业规程中明确临时支护距采煤机滚筒的最大距离。
对新暴露的顶板应当及时进行临时支护,顶板破碎时应当将顶梁上方空隙塞紧、背实。
顶距管理,出煤后应当及时架设单体液压支柱。
当工作面底板松软或者留有底煤时,应当采取支柱穿铁鞋等措施,严禁在浮煤或者浮矸上架设支柱。
工作面达到最大控顶距离时,必须及时回柱,严禁在控顶区域内提前摘柱。
第五条煤矿应当加强炮采(高档普采)工作面单体液压支柱的日常管理。
支柱初撑力必须符合《煤矿安全规程》规定,达不到要求的,必须查明原因,及时进行处理,否则不得用于回采作业。
当支柱承受的压力大于额定的工作阻力,支柱的安全阀频繁开启时,应当立即停止作业,查明原因,有针对性地采取措施,在确保安全后方可恢复作业。
第六条煤矿应当加强炮采(高档普采)工作面支柱的防倒管理。
作业规程应当明确所有单体液压支柱的防倒措施,当煤层倾角达到或者大于8°,架设单体液压支柱时应当设迎山角,支柱间应当采取刚性硬连接防倒措施。
