摘要

现今我国的人力资源现状是:总量过剩而质量偏低;人力资源开发水平不高;人力资源的配置还没有完全达到市场化的要求,没有形成完善的人才市场体系,人才市场信息不能够全面、准确而及时地反映社会各个层面对于人才的需求,市场配置人力资源的作用难以真正发挥出来,由于各种原因,我国毕业的大学生当前出现过多状态,另外刚刚毕业大学生由于没有工作经验,因此培养的成本、职业化的成本很高。

由于经济危机的冲击,企业单位对人员的社会实践能力要求提高,大学期间必要的社会实践既可以提高能力,又可以适应社会,减轻家庭经济负担。本公司本着为对于风险防范意识弱、缺乏社会经验、法律意识淡薄和求职心切的大学生提供一个平台,成立一个校园兼职机制,为企业与学生之间架起一座桥梁,形成学校、企业、学生三位一体的发展机制。

人力资源职能外包全球化是人力资源领域最大的发展趋势,它将对未来5年人力资源职能产生巨大影响。《财富》500强企业正待期待着大型会计事务所咨询组织将人力资源各方面服务咨询活动打成一个外包。在某些大型咨询公司开始提供这些服务时(如普华公司的全球人力资源解决方案已经启动),我们会看到全世界范围人力资源的巨大变化。今天,外包在企业重构的过程中得到了有效利用,成为企业成长的强有力手段。一些比较小的、处于发展中的公司,正在通过外包借助于大公司的许多能力,用于自身的发展,而不必直接花钱、花时间去获得和管理每种必要的新资源。

Because of the economic crisis impact,social practice ability of enterprise units of personnel requirements improve,social practice during university necessary not only can improve the ability,and to adapt to the society,reduce the family economic burden.The company for the risk prevention consciousness difference,the lack of social experience,legal consciousness and the job of eager psychology of college students to provide a platform,the establishment of a campus mechanism,to build a bridge between enterprises and the mechanism of the formation and development of students,school,enterprise,one of the three students.A positive role to play.

The functions of human resources outsourcing globalization is the largest development trend of human resources field, she will have a huge impact on not 5 years human resources functions.
