可靠性测试规范

Reliability Testing Specification

1:目的Purpose:

1.1: 本指示为物理实验室进行可靠性测试提供规范的测试方法,频率及其他

相关运作活动。

This instruction provides the normative testing method, frequency and

other related activity for the reliability testing.

2: 范围Scope:

2.1: 适用于FPC的成品板、半成品板以及进料检验等

Applicable for the finished/semi-finished product board of the FPC as well as the incoming material inspection

3:定义:Definition

3.1: 产品常规试验每批抽5PCS测试,

Take 5PCS from each lot for the regular test.

4: 职责Responsibility:

4.1:实验员负责日常实验测试及设备的保养

Tester is responsible for the daily test and maintenance of the equipments.

5: 设备Equipment:

5.1: 恒温锡炉 X-Ray测厚仪恒温恒湿试验机盐雾试验机抗剥离试验机

阻抗测试仪金丝打线机,金线拉力机测力计耐电压测试仪 XYZ测试

仪镊子钢勺剪刀烧杯秒表音乐器显微镜烘箱烙铁等等

Solder pot, X-Ray gauge, Constant temperature & humidity chamber, salt

spray machine, peeling resistance machine, impedance tester, dynamometer,

Voltage resistance tester ,XYZ tester ,forceps, steel spoon, beaker,

stopwatch, buzzer, microscope, searing iron ,over.

6: 环境Environment:

6.1 各类可靠性测试都在物理实验室中进行

All kinds of tests are done in the physical lab.

6.2测试环境条件参照RD-020《车间环境管控规范》

Environmental Condition for the test: Temp: JemperatureRD-020

《Workshop Environment Control Speicfication》

7: 程序Process:

7.1: 由各部门项目负责人根据产品试验要求开出《试验委托单》至物理实验室,

试验员则依据《试验委托单》的要求作业,作业后并如实填写《委托试验报告》并复印至试验委托当事人。

Responsible person according to the test requirement of the product send out the Entrustment Test Sheet to the physical lab, testers shall do as required and then finish the Entrustment Test Report.

7.2: 产品常规试验,试验员作业完毕后填写《可靠性试验报告》。

For the regular test, after the test, tester shall finish the Reliability Test Report

8: 测试方法以及判定标准Test Method and Standards:

8.1耐热性测试Thermal Resistance Test:(摘自IPC-TM-650,2.6.8)

测试方法Testing Method:

135±5℃烘干1小时,288±5℃浸10+1/-0sec,1片/次

Roasting for 1 hour under the temperature of 135±5℃, and dipping for 10±

1/-0sec 0second under the temperature of 288±5℃, two pieces for every time.

判断标准:Judging Standard:

①能满足电气特性

Enough Electric Performance

②外观上没有起泡分层现象

No blister and delaminating Phenomena on the appearance.

③补强没翘曲现象

No warp and twist for the stiffener.

④白字颜色没变

No discoloration for the white legend

8.2 耐溶剂性Resolvability Resistance Test: (摘自J-ISC5016-10.5)

测试方法Testing Method:

①无水乙醇浸10分钟,1片/次

Dipping for ten minutes in the ethanol, once for one pcs

②丙酮浸10分钟,1片/次

Dipping for ten minutes in the acetone, once for one pcs

③5%NaOH浸10分钟,1片/次

Dipping for ten minutes in the 5%NaOH, once for one pcs

判断标准Judging Standard:浸泡后基材及补强区域无分层现象,油墨区采用3M拉金胶测试,不可有脱落现象。

After soaking the substrate and the reinforcement area without stratification, ink area with 3M adhesive test Larkin, should not be off phenomenon。

8.3耐弯折性测试Bending Resistance Test: (摘自IPC-TM-650,2.4.3.1)

测试方法Testing Method:

如右图所示按A~B次序循环,1片/次

As the right diagram, cycle from A to B, once for two pcs.

弯折半径Bending Radius:R=0.5mm Array速度Speed:30次/分钟

30 times/Minutes

次数Times:5个循环

5 cycles

角度Angle:180度

180°

判断标准:铜箔不可有断线现象

Judging Standard: No broken circuit on the copper foil
