Unit 9 Is it a cat?一、教学内容分析本元主要学 12 个玩具的和有关一般疑句及其回答、描述自己有的西，用所有格来描述他人有的西的句型。
本是Module 5的第一，然集中了元两个重点句型Is it⋯? Yes, it is./No, it isn’t. It’s Jiamin但琳琅’s dog. 目的 Toys陪伴着孩子的成，玩具的由衷喜能大大激起学生本学的冲和情，而且在一年的口学中，学生已接触toys个，本的cat, rabbit, dog, bear, ball, kite 有了一定的知存，使本的学度得以降低。

广州版小学英语三年级上册Unit 9 Is it a cat? 教学设计一、教材分析：本课时选自广州版小学英语，这套教材是2012年才由教育部审定通过的教材，是一套全新的教材。
三年级起点，每个年级分上、下册，三年级上册共6个Module，每个Module含2个Unit ，谈论同一个话题。
每个Unit 大概用3—4课时完成，其中第1课时的学习是显性学习过程，孩子们通过对有关语言知识的学习，逐步提高语言运用的能力；第2---4课时的学习属于隐性学习过程，孩子们通过参与学习活动，在完成学习任务的过程中，逐步做到准确、流利、得体、有效地运用语言，从而潜移默化地掌握语言规则。
二、学情分析：小学三年级的学生。
他们活泼好动，喜欢尝试新事物，既好奇又好强，表现欲也强；学习英语的热情高，善于模仿，长于形象思维，乐于表演，但注意力不够持久也不够稳定；他们有与人合作与交流的意愿。
知识技能方面，孩子们虽然从一年级开始就接触英语，但他们掌握的英语表达方法及相关句型较少。
Unit 8 已初步接触句型：Is he/she …? Yes / No.本课时是Unit 9 Is it a cat ?的第一课时，这是一节新授课。
孩子们在Unit8已经能熟练运用Is he/she…?对一般疑问句Is he/she ….？及其回答，对一般疑问句有了初步的认识。
本课时主要是通过让孩子参与各种学习活动，运用phonics自主的拼读出单词，熟练地运用句子Is it a …?及其回答等的活动中掌握语言，运用语言。
