教材分析与教学设计:

本课内容为第六单元的检测以及第四到第六单元的专题,属于复习课。我设计的授课方式—主要通过二个步骤来完成整个单元的重点、难点。整节课时为四十五分钟。第一步,通过复习语言要点来完成第六单元的检测,并辅之于练习巩固,通过让学生抢答,男女生对抗竞赛来组织教学(17’);第二步,通过让全体学生做一个brainstorm(大脑风暴)活动来完成专题different lifestyles (不同的生活方式)的写作,在此活动中关注学生的过程写作(process writing),锻炼他们的讨论、质疑、合作以及创新能力(28’)。布置作业—课后调查,参照课本提出的问题分四人一组对12位同学随机调查,了解他们的生活方式。通过这节课让学生意识到;要健康饮食,要运动锻炼,要热爱生活。

教学资源和教学环境:

在多媒体教室,使用由本人创作的powerpoint课件。

一、 Teaching aims:

1. To revise the language points in Unit 6.

2. To revise modal verb ‘can’ and ‘may’for permission.

3. To revise the adjectives to describe the clothes&sequence adverbs.

4. To write a passage about different lifestyles in a way of process writing .

Teaching procedures:

Step 1 Lead-in : ]

Ask students what you like doing at weekends.They may give a lot of answers,like going

shopping,reading books,listening to music,drawing,waching TV and so on.Then, I ask them if they

like designing things as Sandy does.

Step 2 Presentation

First, Let’s take a look at---- Sandy’s poster

Sandy is telling Mr Wu about her designs. Use the correct words in

brackets to complete their conversation.

Mr. Wu : What’s going on with your poster, Sandy?

Sandy : I’m still doing it. _________(First/Afterwards), I want to design a

yellow blouse. __________(Next/Then), I want a green skirt.

___________(Finally/Then), I will design a pair of white shoes.

Mr. Wu : OK,I think they will look nice.

2. So many clothes (可数名词)

So much advice (不可数名词) So few movies(可数名词)

当修饰“多多少少”的形容词+名词时,要用so。当修饰其他形容词时,要用such 。例如,

such nice clothes ;such good advice ;

such wonderful movies; such clean water

当修饰单数名词时,用 such + a + 形容词+ 名词=so + 形容词+ a +名词。例如,

Such a clever boy =so clever a boy

Such an interesting story =so interesting a story

3.数字+ more+名词=another +数字 +名词 例如,

Three more studets=another three students

Two more days =another two days

我可以再要一些时间作我的海报吗?

May I have some more time to do my poster?

那个男孩还要更多的钱。

The boy wants much more money.

Step 4 Revise some important sentence patterns

1.I don’t know what to wear today,Hobo.

What to do 是由“疑问词+动词不定式”构成的动词不定式短语,类似表达还有how to do

it; where to go ;which to buy;when to start;

我们不知道该怎么做它?

We don’t know how to do it . (不可缺少)

他们获悉何时出发,该去哪儿。

They learned when to start and where to go.

他不知该买哪一件。

He can’t decide which one to buy.

2.Millie is going to talk about raising money for poor children . 3 be going to do sth.将要做某事,打算作某事,表示将来时

明天你打算干什么?

be made of 由„„制成(看得出材料)

be made from由„„制成(看不出材料)

这条围巾是丝绸的。This scarf is made of silk.
