芦荟Aloe的药理作用the pharmacological effects of aloe
三大疾病它治疗
(一)泻下purgative effect;在所有的大黄rhubarb苷类泻药中，芦荟的刺激性最强，在泻下的同时伴有显著的腹痛和盆腔充血pelvic congestion，严重时可引起肾炎nephritis。芦荟的主要作用部位在大肠large intestine，对小肠small intestine无促进蠕动作用。
Purgative effect: Aloe have the strongest irritation among the nucleoside
laxatives, such as rhubarb. The main acting site is the large intestine
with the serious abdominal pain and pelvic congestion ,even nephritis
while making diarrhea. No promoting peristalsis function for small
intestine.
(二)促进愈合;对人工创伤鼠背芦荟有促进愈合功效，对人工结膜水肿的兔芦荟可缩短治愈天数。芦荟浆汁(aloe vera)制剂对皮肤创伤、烧伤以及x线局部照射均有保护作用。

(三)其他;1.抗癌芦荟提取物对肉瘤Sl80和艾氏腹水癌有抑制作用。2.抗真菌antifungal芦荟水浸剂试管对多种皮肤真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。
