前 言

****煤矿西约30km处,行政区划属新疆维吾尔自治区**县**镇管辖,是设
计年产120万吨的大型现代化矿井,矿井与2009年9月1日动工建设,预计2011
年9月1日正式投产,建设工期24个月。井田内含有可采煤层一层,即A1煤层,
A1煤层平均厚度4.0m,南北走向,矿井共分两个水平,六个采区,即+1200m水
平和+750m水平, 11、12、13、14、21、23采区,11采区是矿井首采区,首采
区分南、北翼生产,片盘斜井开拓,主斜井、副斜井、回风斜井均可作为首采区
内的三条上山使用,系统简单,投产快。
一、设计基础资料及依据
1、**煤矿首采区地质说明书及附图。
2、**煤矿勘探地质报告及三维地震地质报告。
3、**煤矿初步设计。
4、《煤炭工业矿井设计规范》、《煤矿安全规程》等国家有关煤矿设计和建设

二、设计指导思想
结合**煤矿周边现有煤矿的生产状况,在对矿井现有资料充分调研的基础上,
并结合实际地质情况,采用行之有效的新技术、新工艺、新设备,力求实现采区
高产、高效,体现良好的经济效益,为矿井将来稳定高产高效打好基础。

一、井田概况
1、井田位置、境界及面积
井田位于**西约30km处,行政区划属新疆维吾
尔自治区***管辖。井田东西宽2.3~
5.0km,南北长7.4km,面积约为29.77 km2。井田境界圈定的开采下限为+400m
水平,垂高达到1200m以上。
