1 剑桥商务英语（一）期末复习
说明：本课程因参加学校基于网络的课程终考改革试点工作，而学校购买的题库系统实现不了以往已经成熟的试卷中的两大题型：听力和匹配。同时，试卷要满足机阅条件，因此，此次期末考试删除以上两大题型和翻译题，新增单句选择题。且考试时间缩短为60分钟。具体安排请见下文。请各位同学务必注意。
一、课程考核方式
1、形成性考核：占课程总成绩的30%。（平时作业：40%，网上记分作业：40%，课堂表现：20%）
2、 终结性考试：占课程总成绩的70%。（笔试（基于网络的考试）：50%，口试：20%）
二、课程终结性考试题型与分值分布
试卷满分100分，共分6大部分。考试时间：60分钟。
1、笔试
（1）、短句理解：10*3〞=30分。
每小题分值提高到3分。请重点复习本复习资料P4-7页中的相关内容。
（2）、完型填空：12*2〞=24分。
文章中的空格增加到12小题。请重点复习本复习资料P8-15页中的相关内容。
（3）、单句选择：5*2〞=10分。
新增单句选择题型。请重点复习本复习资料中P16-17页的相关内容。
（4）、填表题：5*2〞=10分。
请重点复习本复习资料P18-22页中的相关内容。
（5）、阅读理解：6*2〞=12分
题目增加到6个小题。重点复习课文P.18,36,46,66,76,86的内容。以及本复习资料P23-26页中的历年试题。
（6）、写作：1*14〞=14分
保留写作题型，分值提高到14分。请关注note,email以及短小的memo的写法。请重点复习本复习资料中P27-31的相关内容。
2、口试：满分100分，共两个题型。主要考察学生商务英语的表达能力。
（1）自我表达，主要为一些个人信息，由考官进行提问。（30分）
（2）就某些商务活动的话题进行1分钟左右的观点陈述，表达自己的看法和理由。（70分）

Firstly, we should take the Departure times into consideration since time is very precious for the business
travelers. By planning early, we can save a lot of time.
Then, we should compare the In-flight service of different airline companies, because an international
flight usually takes a long time, and thus a good in-flight service can make us feel comfortable and
relaxed.
Last but not least, we should think about the Price of the ticket, because international flight tickets are
usually expensive and if we can find a cheaper one, it will be a good news for the company.

2. What is important when choosing a conference venue（选择会议地点）?
Firstly, we should consider the location issue. Whether it is near the city center or the airport or some
business areas, just to make sure it’s convenient to get around.
Then, we should also consider the facilities they can provide, like the seminar room, business center,
projector（投影仪）and so on.
And last, we should compare the price it offers. To choose the one offers a reasonable price with the best
service.

Firstly, you should provide a well-prepared CV, to let the company get a positive idea about you before
the interview.
Then, during the interview, appearance is a very important factor, remember to dress smart to make a
good first impression.
And then you should answer the question with great self-confidence and with a smile, to convince the
interviewer that you are the right person that they are looking for.

4. What is important when choosing a shipping company?
The first thing we should do is to think carefully of the Speed of service that the shipping company can
provide. Since we all know the competition nowadays are becoming more and more competitive and
speed is very important for a company.
Then, we must consider the cost of hiring a shipping company, because sometimes the shipping cost will
be very high and it can be a huge burden for a company.
Last, we can get Recommendation from a friend to choose a good shipping company.

Firstly, I think qualification is very important. We need to know what college did the applicant attend and
what is his major. And some other certificate about professional skill and etc.
Then, the working experience is also very important. From his working experience, we can see what kind
of job fit him the most and some other information about his career choice, working attitude and etc.
At last, we should also pay attention to the age issue, because different positions have different age
requirements, which could cause some problems if we choose the person with an inappropriate age.
