1 IntroductionSports, that is one of the human body language is a sport of by the human body to produce, create, development out of common material, system and spirit of human sports culture phenomenon, sports culture is the glamour of the exotic culture, the culture of the language of basic sports culture is also meaningless, it runs through the human spirit and material attribute between them, at the same time, sports culture is also so far is difficult to define a social cultural phenomenon, opinions vary. Sports culture content include: sports cognition, sports material conditions, emotion, sports, sports morality, general ideal, value system and so on. Sports art not transform sports for art, but sports and cultural connotation, to realize the pluralistic value of sports. Russian aesthetes Plekhanov made it clear: there is no absolute standard of beauty, and it is impossible to exist, people of beauty concept without the doubt in the process of historical development in changing. So, sports art is also a long-term dynamic process not can’t change the nature of sports properties [1-3].According to the literature review, the features of the art of Chinese sports could be summarized as the follows. (1) Sports spirit culture is mainly: the elements of the sports spirit, sports ethics, sports consciousness and the concept of basic sports art elements, these three elements is one of the major concerns of people. And, in the sports competition, fair, just and open is the most basic principle of sports activities. (2) People love sports, willing to take part in sports activities, such as: campus or enterprise unit sports games, sports, travel, outdoor activities, etc., these people are of the opinion that sports activities is of great signifi cance, to participate in sports activities, at the same time of exercise can also promote sports and other knowledge. (3) With fast development of economy in our country, in recent years of facilities, sports equipment, sports, photography, promotional items, sculpture art elements of investment is very big, the improvement of sports equipment and facilities to get larger, sports propaganda is better also, these can satisfy the requirements of the people to exercise [4]. By drawing from theory and method of art science, follow the basic rule of general sport, physical education curriculum teaching practice, construction of college sports curriculum of the art, it is an effective way to deepen the reform of college physical education curriculum. This article attempts to from the perspective of the overall view and curriculum development theory, by using the theory of arts and sciences, construction of college sports curriculum of art, sports art education idea, explore the new areas for the college PE curriculum reform. China is a country with a long traditional sports, traditional Chinese sport is one of the Chinese body, cultivate one’s morality raises a gender way, in a timely, comfortable, pleasant and even the order of general nature and humanity thought of Chinese traditional sports is not only a variety of forms, also contains rich cultural connotation and formed a unique, broad, rich ethnic culture characteristics of sports culture. China, on the other hand, it is a very long tradition art kingdom, generations of craftsmen artist or artists, the way in art, records, and the dissemination of sports, carry forward the national spirit of sports, therefore, we not only has a long history of sports, also has a long with artistic expression and record the history of the sport.

Chinese Sports under the Background of Differences between

Abstract. In this paper, we conduct research on development outline of contemporary art of Chinese sports under the background of differences between Chinese and western culture. The development of any industry must experience the formation, growth, maturity and decline of the industry life cycle. Its period in the entire industry by the proportion of growth, the sports industry is no exception. But due to the particularity of the Chinese system, China’s sports industry life cycle has its particularity. Technology, is the carrier of knowledge talent, technology, knowledge of competition, is essentially talent competition while the country is increasing investment in sports industry, scientifi c research, education, strengthen the training of management personnel, to improve the quality of sports market management. Therefore, we propose the novel idea on the issues that is meaningful.Keywords: Development Outline, Chinese Sports, Culture, Background, Basic Differences.
