Unit 1 Topic 1 Section C in Grade Eight 教学设计一. 教材分析该话题包括A, B, C, D四个部分,Section A谈论了运动计划,Section B 谈论了运动爱好及梦想,Section C将计划、梦想付诸实践行动,并谈到了参与各种运动的意义。
通过介绍Ann的运动习惯,呈现了重点短语:spend…(in) doing sth. / spend… on sth, be good at, take part in等。
通过Ann主动参与校运会,引出本课重点句型:There is going to be …,在谈论运动的意义时,运用了It’s good for … 句型等。
为了学以致用,本课要求学生能模仿Ann的运动习惯,写出自己的一周运动安排并付诸行动,鼓励学生积极参与学校运动会等各种体育锻炼,将热爱运动的精神潜移默化地渗透到课堂教学中。
二. 学情分析八年级的部分学生对英语学习开始失去信心,参与课堂的积极性不高,所以为了提高课堂教学的有效性,我在教学设计中融入“Apple Down”的单词游戏,参与课堂活动加分的环节,看图片学做儿童瑜伽等活动来刺激学生学习英语的热情和积极性。
三.教学目标1. 语言能力(1). 掌握单词:jump, exercise, baseball, part, weekend;(2). 理解和应用短语:spend…(in) doing sth. / spend… on sth. be good at, take part in;2. 学习能力(1). 学会运用阅读技巧(skimming and scanning):准确找出文中的关键信息和主题;(2). 提高解决问题的能力;3. 思维品质能将自己和文本主人翁平时的运动状况相对比,反思自己缺乏锻炼,今后应加强运动。
4. 文化品格(1). 拥有团队合作精神,积极参与小组合作,互帮互助地完成学习任务;(2). 积极响应国家阳光体育运动项目的号召,积极投身于各种体育锻炼中,增强体质,为成为社会主义建设者和接班人打下坚实的健康基础。
