为了建造一座能够代表其所在地区再开发业绩的社区学校,建筑师设计了一座采用高度透明材料的建筑,并在其中设置了面向社区居民的实践教室。

从外部可以随时观察建筑结构以及内部正在进行的活动。

建筑顶层巨大的屋檐、楼层边缘相互交错的线条以及巨大的玻璃表面,为整栋建筑构筑了强烈而有力的外观。

起初教育场景中的红地毯最终成为了贯穿整座建筑的组织性元素:长而宽敞的楼梯和平台对楼层空间进行划分。

设计还为楼梯增加了一些透明、半开放的凹室。

通过楼梯能够到达所有的教学区域,这一设计进一步强调了整栋建筑的透明性。

这是一座灵活可变的建筑,它为使用者创造了一个舒适而具有安全感的学习环境。

建筑的形体是集约的,最少化的外部墙体节省了大量的能耗。

多样的课程系统也要求教室具有多种形式,但是,这些形式在将来都很容易被改变,而这正有赖于设计对于灵活性的重视。

建筑师在设计中采用了柱距与柱高均可调整的灵活柱网结构,使得建筑得以应对多种多样的布局要求。

柱网结构的灵活性保证了建筑长期可用。

可持续性
为了达到低耗能高效率的目的,建筑师将可持续的环境设计作为整个设计过程中的一部分充分考虑。

实现这一目的不光依赖于建造标准,更与使用者的意识、利益和利害关系与建筑、建成环境与自然之间的和谐息息相关。

建筑师在设计过程中对于建造中与建成后建筑与环境之间的关系花费了大量时间进行研究,同时对于建筑、植栽与设备运转、建造过程、材料与预算十分重视。

对于ROC 莱茵艾瑟尔来说,集约的建筑形式和灵活可变的特性保证了建筑本身的可持续性。

同时诸如其采用的季节性地下含水蓄热层等等,构成该建筑的各项具体技术也充分将可持续性纳入考量。

In order to elevate the new school building to symbolise the redevelopment of both the neighbourhood and the regional community college, a highly transparent building was created with practice rooms oriented to the surrounding residential area. The structure of the building and activities going on inside can be observed readily from the outside. The generous overhangs on the top floor, the interplay of lines around the edges of the floor and the huge glass surfaces lend the building a powerful, striking appearance. The red carpet from the original educational vision was used in the final version of the concept as an organisational element throughout the entire building: long, wide stairs and terraces dissect the floors. Alcoves were added to the stairs; semi-closed, but transparent. The stairs provide access to all of the teaching areas, which adds emphasis to the transparent character of the building.
This is a flexible building, with an open character that offers a secure and comfortable learning environment, and meets both current and future educational needs. The shape of the building is compact, which minimises the face of the outside wall and consequently retains more energy. The wide range of study programmes required
with column distances and adjustable heights in order to allow for various layouts. The column structure enables flexible use, thus ensuring a long Energy due to our own awareness, interest and affinity with the cohesion between architecture, the built For the ROC Rijn IJssel, the compact building form and flexibility of the building will ensure specification stage, 9
