whole day in teahouses, sipping tea and playing cards. 8. People who go to the teahouses are not really thirsty, and they usually go there to sip tea and chat. 9. Chinese traditionally drink tea before of after a meal but it may be drunk at any time of day or night. The ancient medical book,Shen Nong Bencao Classics says that tea, leaves bitter taste can make people spirited and think clearly. 11. In ancient China, tea was regarded as one of seven daily necessities, along with firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce and vinegar. 12. Beginning with the Tang Dynasty, however, people tended to have more delicate tea tastes and went through a rather complicated process in tea drinking. 13. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, people drank piece-tea instead of solid-tea and tea makers stir, fried tea in an attempt to strengthen tea-leaves, flavor. 14. Wulong tea is semi-fermented, and it has an oxidation time somewhat between that of black and green tea. 15. Black tea is made from leaves more heavily oxidized than the green variety, and it is generally more flavorful. 16. Tea connoisseurs classify the tea by the shape of the leaf.the color of the liquid, and the aroma, taste and appearance of the infused leaf. 17. In teahouses, tea-drinking utensils are made of bronze or ceramics, and consist of teapots, cups, covered lids and trays, etc. 18. Teahouses offer hot tea and snacks, and provide a setting with comfortable bamboo armchairs, low tables and kettles. 19. On weekends, friends and families from a11 the walks of life go to teahouses in the 茶的简介 英文作文
英文:
Tea is a beverage that has been enjoyed for centuries
in many cultures around the world. It is made by steeping
the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant in hot water.
There are many different types of tea, each with its own
unique flavor and aroma.
One of the most popular types of tea is black tea,
which is made from fully oxidized tea leaves. It has a
strong, robust flavor and is often enjoyed with milk and
sugar. Green tea, on the other hand, is made from
unoxidized tea leaves and has a more delicate flavor. It is
often enjoyed on its own or with a slice of lemon.
Oolong tea is a partially oxidized tea that falls
somewhere between black and green tea in terms of flavor
and aroma. It has a floral and fruity taste and is often
enjoyed with a meal. Herbal teas, such as chamomile and peppermint, are not made from the Camellia sinensis plant
