What do you want? 第一课时教学设计

城关小学 刘文硕

教学背景:

本课是陕西旅游版五年级英语下册第8课第一课时。本课的学习是围绕野餐的话题进行,主要学习用What do you want?来询问别人的需求,用Pass me \him\her…来表示请求,并继续学习一些与饮食有关的词汇。要求学生熟练掌握这些语言知识并能灵活地在实践中运用。

教材分析:

本节课旨在使学生在学习饮食的基础上,开始学习用What do

you want? 来询问别人的需求。

教学目标:

1. 能听、说、读、写下列单词和短语:ketchup ,sugar ,salt knife ,fork,

chopsticks, spoon.

2. 能听懂、会说、会用、会写下列句型:

(1) Pass me the knife, please.

(2) Here you are.\Here it is.

(3) 能够灵活运用举行Pass…来发出指令及请求。

教学重、难点:

1. 学习本课生词。

2. 掌握句型:

(1) Pass me \him\her…的熟练听说及应用。

教学用具:

教具:

(1).单词图片、谢勇糖、沿、番茄酱的小瓶子,一些玩具餐具。

学具:空白单词卡片、玩具餐具。

教学方法:自主交流法,讲读法、观察法等。

教学过程:

(一).热身:

1.师生相互打招呼:

T: Good morning, boys and girls!

S: Good morning, teacher!

2.师生一起打着节奏说第四课Chant.

(二)导入:

1.让学生按来说出单词,复习食物名称的单词,如蔬菜有geens,

celery, mushroom,(大多数蔬菜是可数名词)水果有:orange ,apple,

pineapple ,peaches, pears, bananas, strawberries, cherries, grapes,

dates(大多数水果是可数名词),食物有:noodle, dumpling ,hamburgers,

apple pie, French fries, hot dogs . (这些是可数名词) rice, bread,

meat ,beef, chicken ,chocolate ,salad, pork, fish, (这些是不可数名词)。

(三)新授:

1.揭示课题,学习单词:

T: Look! What’s this ? It,s ketchup . I like ketchup on bread .I

meed some ketchup .what do you need ?This is our new lesson.(板书课题)

教新单词:ketchup番茄酱; sugar糖; salt糖 领学生读单词,注意让学生读准音。老师出示两个一样的瓶子,里面分别装着一些糖和盐,让学生猜:what’s this? Who want to taste? 叫几个学生用手指沾一点尝一尝,教学单词sugar糖和salt盐,并在瓶子上贴上sugar糖和salt盐,说更多的句子:this is sugar ,sugar is sweet . I like sugar . I

like sugar in milk. I like sugar in coffee . I like in juice. This is salt . I

don’t like salt .but we need salt in noodles and soup .salt is salty.

2.then learn knife ,fork, chopsticks, spoon. 老师拿出玩具小刀问:what’s this? It’s a knife .用同样的方法教fork, chopsticks, spoon.

This is a pair of chopsticks. I need two pairs of chopsticks.

强调筷子用一双,常用复数,让学生反复朗读这些单词,注意发音。指名读,齐读,开火车读。

2.教授句型:

Pass me the…,please.

老师假装将自己的东西忘到学生的桌子上,走到讲桌上,伸手过不着,就用动作示意那个学生递一下说:pass me the book

/salt/sugar/ketchup/knife/fork/spoon/chopsticks, please.

学生递过来时示意说:here you are.或here it is.反复这样回答,指导学生说pass me the„,让学生说更多的句子pass

him/her/them the„及pass the„to„.

(四)巩固练习

1.T: what’s this ?

Ss: It’s a knife.

T: pass me the knife ,please

Ss: here you are.

2.T: what’s this ? Ss: It’s ketchup/sugar.

T: what aye these ?

Ss: they are chposticks.

T: what do you want?

S1:I want salt.

T;what do you need?

S2:I need a fork/spoon.然后让同桌相互练习并表演。

3. 巩固单词

Say: show me your knife.

Show me your sugar .

show me your chopsticks.

Pass me your spoon.

Pass me your ketchup, please .

4.做游戏,what’s it ?

出示单词卡:what word is this? guess

Is it sugar? Is it knife? Is it chopsticks 。直到猜对为止。

(五)布置作业:

For today′s homework is “Let′s practice(‖)”.

(让学生做学具,进一步使学生对所学句型和单词进行巩固。)
