1.Course Overview
Customer Behavior in Travel and Tourism studies on Tourist customers’psychology and behaviors, involving many disciplines such as Tourism,Consumption Behavior,Consumption Psychology,Marketing and so on.This course is one of the compulsory core courses for students majoring tourism management,and also it is the necessarily basic course for tourism marketing.This course lays a good foundation for the study of tourism marketing and other courses about tourism enterprises management.
2.Student Learning Outcomes
1) To know the objects and tasks of the course and master basic theories about customer behavior in travel and tourism.
2)To be familiar with customers’the characteristics of psychology and behavior during the tourism activities.Students master various Decision Process Models,and can put theory into practice,take proper action on service,marketing and management.
3) To master much theoretical knowledge on Psychology and Behavior

and be familiar with the methods of measurement of tourism satisfaction and loyalty.
4)Students are able to know tourism consumption market’s change trend.
3.Course Expectations
Everyone should take part in the class activities and finish the group task with joint work.Students can be active and interested in the analysis of case study and are able to solve tourism problems with their own mastered tourism knowledge.
4.Assignments
All students are divided into several groups,and they finish the task with group work .
