2. 工程规模
烟气经洗涤后,固体粉尘排放浓度符合《大气污染物综合排放标准》。
3. 工艺方案
粉尘治理采用引风方式将烟气收集后进行冷却降温,再经洗涤塔去除氧化铁粉尘后经室外高空排放,工艺过程:引风管→喷淋降温→复合洗涤→调节阀→风机→排烟囱;
4. 系统参数
抽风量:6000~8000m3/h
风机功率:18.5kw
冷却净化塔组合:2-□1400×1400×(高6000)
