2018年优质护理服务工作计划及实施方案
为贯彻“全国卫生系统开展优质护理服务示范工程”活动的要求，我院按照卫生部的《2018年推广优质护理服务工作方案》，以及创建“三好、一满意”的工作部署和要求，在总结2017年度开展“优质护理服务示范工程”活动经验的基础上，制定了2018年推行优质护理服务工作计划。
指导思想：
贯彻落实《“十二五”期间深化医药卫生体制改革规划暨实施方案》，结合全国卫生系统创先争优和“三好一满意”活动，按照《医院实施优质护理服务工作标准（试行）》和《临床护理实践指南（2011版）》，扎实推进优质护理服务，为人民群众提供安全、优质、满意的护理服务。
工作目标：
2018年优质护理服务病房达到100%。
活动范围及主题：
活动范围包括全院各临床科室、门诊部和手术室（2017年新增），主题为“夯实基础护理，深化优质护理服务内涵”。
实施方案：
1.改善临床护理服务
1）深化护理模式改革。推行责任制整体护理工作模式，为患者提供全面、全程、专业、人性化的护理服务。在门（急）诊部探索优质护理的实践形式，优化服务流程，推行“一站式服务”，为手术患者提供规范的围手术期护理，手术室做好术前术后回访工作，详细讲解手术过程，做好心理护理，保障患者安全，体现人文关怀。
2）全面履行护理职责。责任护士全面履行护理职责，关注患者身心健康，提供整体护理服务。建立科室QQ群，定期发布健康教育知识，科室配备宣传栏和健康教育宣传单，以供患者及家属阅读。
3）加强护理内涵建设。认真落实临床护理实践指南和护理技术规范，规范护理行为。责任护士能够正确实施治疗处置，密切观察、评估患者病情并及时与医师沟通，配合医师共同完成诊疗计划，同时，加强与患者的交流，尊重关心爱护患者，增进护患信任。

anize all XXX receive "XXX. 4、制定不同层级的护士技能考核计划，各科室按计划完成，护理部加强对专业技能和基础知识的考核。
5、在对全院各病房进行督察的基础上，评价其管理方法、护理模式和服务特色等，总结工作经验，持续改进优质护理服务。在全年考核的基础上，在护士节上表彰优质护理服务先进科室和个人。
6、加强优质护理服务的质量控制措施：
1、每周安排至少两名护士长进行夜查监管，根据临床危重患者情况和护理工作重点，安排重点检查工作。
2、通过基础护理质控组现场检查、询问护士和访视患者等形式加强督导。
3、护理部将修订优质护理服务考核细则，针对不同岗位制定可行的考核方案，定期督察优质护理服务病房的服务质量。每季度对住院和出院患者进行护理服务满意度问卷调查、分析和反馈信息。
4、将优质护理服务工作作为护理质量考核的目标，成立护理质控小组，每月进行质控检查，及时反馈和整改发现的问题。
