CABLE MODEM基本故障排除一、接到片区维护报修无法正常上线的CM后,询问此时CM故障状态,如下行频率无法锁定,则需要检查物理线路。
如果下行频率锁定但无法上线,则根据报修的CM所在的小区,对照总工办整理的《CMTS用户资料》确定该用户所属头端和上行端口(Cisco7246是2个下行8个上行;C3是1个下行4个上行)。
二、通过命令查看该上行接口的参数,接收电平和信噪比,如果信噪比过低或上行功率有问题应告诉维护人员和总工办。
正常情况CM上行功率应在45-55dBmv,而上行接口信噪比SNR不应低于-20dB。

如果清除该CM后在头端上查看不到用户则说明线路故障。
clear cable modem <MAC> delete //从头端上删除该MAC地址的CM四、如果该CM状态是offline以外的其它状态,则根据其状态显示参数来查看是什么原因导致用户无法上线,CM上线过程状态:Offline CM未加电或上行不同Init(r1)CMTS接收到CM的测距请求Init(r2)CM接收到CMTS的测距响应Init(rc)CM完成测距Init(d)CM发出DHCP请求(CM获得不了地址,可能是dhcp的问题,也可能是非法用户C3)Init(i)/(io) DHCP发出DHCP响应(也可能是非法用户cisco7246)Init(o)CM已获得IP地址,开始获得配置文件Init(t)CM等待获得TOD服务器的时间信息Online CM上线Online(d)CM上线,但CPE被禁止上线Online(pt)启动BPI协议的CM注:在正常情况下Init(rc)、Init(d)、Init(i)、Init(o)、Init(t)这几个状态经历时间很短。
五、如果CM持续在Init(r1)和Init(r2)状态,则说明用户线路可能有问题,需要查看该用户的信噪比show cable modem phy <MAC> //查看用户的信噪比MAC Address I/F Sid USPwr USMER Timing DSPwr DSMER Mode DOCSIS(dBmV) (SNR) Offset (dBmv) (SNR) Prov(dB) (dB)00d0.330d.4d05 C3/0/U3 725 0.00 33.01 1449 0.00 ----- atdma 1.1六、若CM持续在Init(d)状态,则说明DHCP服务器有问题,首先查看DHCP的进程是否正常,然后查看该用户是否已经加到CNR中为合法用户。
如果在ARRISI C3头端显示该状态也有可能该用户是非法用户,在Cisco7246非法用户则显示为Init(io)状态。
七、若CM持续在Init(o)状态,则说明CM无法获得配置文件,可能是TFTP服务器故障。
八、通过计算机连接CM,查看日志,根据日志提示判断故障原因。
