关于教育的英语演讲稿带翻译educational background should never lose the abilitygood moning, ladies and gentlemen. my topic today is educational background should never lose the ability .talking about the educatinal background and ability, there is one people we can't help thinking up , that is tang jun, who has been regarded as the “king of chinese employees”, but he lost his dream because joye said his educational background is fake . at this moment ,sb said tang is nobody because he is without any educatinal background , however others still said tang is sb because he is within the ability. ladies and gentleman, what do you think? before answer it, i want to ask another questions" why are you sitting here today ? why am i standing here today? forwhat ? educatinal background ? ability? i think both of them, every day we work hard for pursuing higher educatinal background directly or indirectly : everyday we experience xhallenges or difficulties to improve our ability consciously or unconsciously. so ,today,i should say , we should own the educational background as well as the ability.then now , i remenber a few days ago , one of my young sister , who is a freshman in jianghan university , called me and complained to me seriously, “ my headmaster told us to now work as hard as possible to prepare the postgraduate examination for a higher educational background tommorow. on the other side , he advised us to enhance our real ability in practice . what should i do ? how should i deal with it? i was surprised about her complainants. however, after i surfedthe internet , i was more shocked. it was reported in an investigation , now there are nearly 40% of graduates who are pure bookworms, only with the educational background , 30%are practitioners , only with high ability but failedmany courses until graduation.what a extreme! educational background and ability , they are different but they are not conflicted, they are seperated, actually they are unified. in this age of modernization, inthis age of competition, eucatinal background should neverlose the ability, without educatinal background , tangjun is still a great man for his undoubtedly ability andcontributions . we are not mr tang , he is unique in theworld . his ability can't be copied, we are the commonpeople , what we should do is to work down to earth .then one day we can have the key of high educational background to open the door of future, meanwhile , strengthen the ability to stand there highly and respectivlyforever!thank you very much!教育背景不应失去水平早上好,女士们,先生们。

学习英语的英语演讲稿篇4Reading is the easiest skill. It is also the most widely found English language skill amongst Chinese student, Writing is a more active skill than reading. However it is still a little easier than speaking, as there is plenty of time to choose the right words look in the dictionary for help, and make corrections. Listening is the third most important language skill to learn. It is far more difficult to listen and understand spoken English than to read English in a book or in a letter. Speaking English may be the most difficult of the four language skills. It is an active skill, and requires the student to put words together into sentences without much time to prepare, and with no time for correction, yet it is the most exciting skill to have, as it opens up wonderful channels of communication with people of others cultures and countries. But this is just what we lack.More often than not I found some of the students who get high marks in their exams showed an inability to communicate with people in English. And this enabled me to understand deeper what my first English teacher has always emphasized: listening and speaking keeping ahead; reading and writing following up. I believe this is the rule of learning a language because we learn a certain language to communicate. As weconquered the most difficult parts: listening and speaking, we would easily master the writing and reading skills. 5Since the theme of this year’s competition was “globalization”, we have enjoyed various visions from contestants on thinking of what we young people should do to meet the challenges and the opportunities posed by globalization. But there’s one thing for sure: good English and communication skills are the gateway to the world arena. I hope some of man and woman in China who have conquered English to hold hands together to build up the bridge between China and the rest of the world with the world’s most widely used language! 6Then how can we make it? I have seen lots of diligent students in the early morning reading aloud their English texts without paying any attention to their nearly unacceptable pronunciation. I feel sorry for those students because their hard work deserves a much better English level if they improve their method of learning.I found that my way of learning English that I formed from middle school still works today. By listening to tapes and imitating the speakers one can improve his pronunciation within a short time. By reciting classic essays one can enrich their language as well as enlarge their vocabulary. As a non-English major, I like to set aside a certain period of time for English learning everyday, usually an hour or at least half an hour. I utilize this precious time by listening to tapes and imitating their content and then reciting the short passages I like. To be frank, “Crazy English” has always been my favorite. This is definitely not intended to flatter. Instead of dividing my attention between too many materials, I’d rather concentrate on one particular resource at a time such as CE, not onlybecause of its abundant content and native English, but also because of the benefits it has brought to me through intensive reading, listening and reciting, I believe that studying English by using these intensive methods will help you to get twice the result with half the effort. 7Three mirrors reflect the way I learn English After I came back from the “21st century-Ericsson cup”7th national English Speaking competition with the award of the “Most Promising Speaker”, people kept asking me the same question over and over again. “How did you learn English, especially as a Non-English major?” Actually I believe that a hundred people would have a hundred of ways to learn English well. However, I would like to share my personal experience of English learning with those who have the enthusiasm for improve their English. Since I have set up three mirrors in my prepared speech in hoping that they would guide our young generation on the way to globalization, I would like to maintain three mirrors here to reflect how I learned English. The first mirror, I assume, should reflect a steady foundation. This involves my first few years of English learning, which I consider as the key factor of all my achievements in the years to follow. At that time I entered the middle school attached to Xi’an Jiaoton University, I could only say my ABCs while others in my class could at least communicate in simple English. All the tales about the frightfulness of learning English then popped up in my mind and made me feel scared. Fortunately my first English teacher was very experienced in enlightening her students on English learning. She was a kind woman with a charming smile. But her homework assignments were not easy task: They required us to read after the tape for 20 times and recite the whole text. So it was quite natural that most of my classmates only recited the short essay within a short time and then went to play. But my fear of not being able to say a single word, made me sit down and immerse myself in what the teacher had asked me to do. 8Before every English class we would have an on duty report to let the students say something according to what they had learned .My first presentation in class was to recite a dialogue. But to my great surprise, my teacher praised me for my pronunciation. I tittered because I had imitated the readers in the tape for at least 20 times until finally I couldn’t find any differences between our pronunciations. And I did not realize that this little prize given by my teacher began to influence my English learning magically.I believe the first three years of English learning guaranteed the possibility of my further achievements because by means of imitation I built a foundation of good pronunciation and by means of reciting I restored the basic element of English language. On the whole, I would like to show my sincere thanks to my first English teachers. Yu Zhiling, who is now still caring for my growth. The second mirror I would like to mention here reflects an effective way of English learning. I still stick to my point of view that different people have different techniques to learn English well. But there are some methods that seem to be obviously ineffective.Let’s first have a look at the four important skills for students to master: reading, writing, listening and speaking. I have placed them in order of difficulty. 9As we all know the english language more and more important inour daily study and life。

Fellow educators, distinguished guests, and my esteemed colleagues,。
I am honored and humbled to have the opportunity to address you today on the transformative power of education. As we navigate the ever-changing educational landscape, itis imperative that we embrace innovation and collaborationto foster a future where every learner has the opportunityto succeed.First and foremost, we must acknowledge the profound impact that technology has had on our field. From online learning platforms to artificial intelligence-powered tools, technology has the potential to revolutionize the way we teach and learn. By harnessing its power, we can create personalized and engaging learning experiences that caterto the diverse needs of our students.Secondly, we must prioritize collaboration among educators. Sharing best practices, brainstorming ideas, and working together as a team can enhance our collective knowledge and improve student outcomes. By fostering a culture of collaboration, we can create a more supportive and innovative learning environment.Thirdly, we must never lose sight of the human element of education. While technology and collaboration are important tools, they are no substitute for the transformative power of human connection. As educators, we have the privilege of inspiring, guiding, and empowering our students. Our passion for learning and our commitment to their success are essential ingredients for creating a truly transformative learning experience. In the words of the renowned educator Paulo Freire, "Education is freedom." It is our responsibility to unlock the potential of every learner, empowering them with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to thrive in the21st century. By embracing innovation, collaboration, andthe human element of education, we can create a futurewhere all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

There’s a certain style of parenting these days that’s getting in the way. I guess what I’m saying is, we spend a lot of time being very concerned about parents who a ren’t involved enough in the lives of their kids and their education or their upbringing, and rightly so.

Many of you may not think of the toilet as a form of technology if you think of toilets at all. But, it is and has contributed greatly to the improved health and overall quality of life for mankind. On a recent trip to Japan, I was impressed by, among other things, a gadget in most public womens restrooms, called Otohime or Sound Princess. This device produces the sound of flushing water without the need for actual flushing. The technology saves the user both the embarrassment of being heard during urination and some 20 liters of water per use in cases where a woman might flush the toilet continuously while using it.Every time I used Otohime, I felt like a princess, an environmentalist princess on the toilet. It was a longed for feeling. Over the past decade, I shuffled in and out of many kinds of public restrooms in China--filthy smelly water closets in outlying areas, spacious luxurious lavatories in five-star hotels,forever-occupied girls stalls on campus during school, and smart modern mobile toilets in international fairs. But not one single room evoked my pride of being a princess. And I knew why the Sound Princess had. It was not because of the high technology the small bathroom boasted which is becoming ubiquitous worldwide. It was the idealism embodied in the technology that keeps reminding me that in this ever-changing world, I am a responsible and dignified human being even when sitting on a toilet.Humanism, no matter how it is defined, aims to strike a balance between us being at the mercy of nature and being too human-centered.In my case, I havent relieved myself under a tree for a while. I am a proud, dutiful Chinese citizen. Gone are the days when people just found a corner to do their business resulting in poor sanitation and threats to public health. The Otohimetechnology renders me two warnings: First, I am a humble human being with an obligation to save not only my face but also natural resources. Second, there is still a long way to go in my own country not just in developing technology and the economy, but also in upholding human dignity and promoting human welfare. Take the toilet: Dirty, crowdedtoilets shall, at least, give way to clean, human-friendly ones.Fortunately, I have seen improvements. At Shanghai World Expo , 8,000 toilets, all modern and technologically sophisticated, were installed across the site. What really delighted the visitors, however, was theuser-friendly design and services. Toilets were situated every 100 meters. Several hundred volunteers served as toilet guides and sanitation workers. The ratio of female to male toilet space was set at 2.5 to 1. Soft music was played in the toilets. All this seems to celebrate the glory of comprehensive humanism.Ladies and gentlemen, science and technology are here to improve earthly life and maximize human happiness. When our world benefitsfrom technology, coupled with human considerations, we are bound to enjoy our life. Conversely, we suffer. The toilet is a piece of sanitaryware and the quintessence of humanism that underlies technological innovation. Like GNP, employment rates, and space exploration efforts, the lowly equipment is an equally important measure of a progressive society. When on a toilet if we feel like a princess, we shall be proud of living in a society that values humanity. If not, we must stand up and make some changes. And if you are still baffled with what I have said, I suggest you take off right now and go experience the bathrooms in this auditorium, because they are what makes our life beautiful or ugly, humanism considered or ignored. 5Honourable judges, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, good morning. Humanism, by which I mean the will to give people love and care, is the most joyful and meaningful part of being human. From the old days to technologically advanced world, humanism is always telling ordinary but moving stories.Let me tell you what touched my heart this winter break, one morning when I visited my grandmother in the hospital. Walking down the cold, tiled corridor, I noticed an old man, with his granddaughter – maybe 10 years old – sitting by his side. I was lured there by her voice – light and playful – and after Id seen them together, I could barely take my eyes away. Delicately draped over this old mans beeping cardiograph was a silk sheet with an ancient, cheerful Chinese poem beautifully written on it – and now, this little girls entrancing voice lovingly brought these words to life. I stood there transfixed; no longer did I see the family members swimming in nervousness; no longer did I feel the hospitals tense cloud of anxiety; no longer did I hear mortalitys soft whispers in thecorridors; instead, I saw a startling marriage of juxtaposing images and emotions. I was beholding, I realized, a bewilderingly simple yet overwhelmingly powerful metaphor – one that shows that no matter how cold an environment technology can conjure, humanity is always there. In the forefront or the fringes, it is always there. For here it was, illustrated vividly before me – the coldness of technology embodied in the hospital walls, while the soulful words of the little girl danced around them in defiance. This experience opened my eyes in many ways – ever since, I have been acutely aware of, and wonderfully conscious of, the warm heart of humanity surrounding us, whether we choose to recognise it or not. As one psychological theory states, We see what we want to see. After my experience that day at the hospital, I have chosen to recognize, day by day, the warmth of humanism everywhere I can.I refuse to accept the negative, narrow-minded, caustic opinions that technology is eroding our souls. I say to them, let the machines continue their monotonous cacophony, for just one smiling face is infinitely more valuable than a thousand churners of binary code; let technological progress develop and develop until it poetically devours itself, because one heartfelt hello to a fellow traveller can speak libraries of warmth; let the powermongers and oil barons puff their last cigars, because the love and care, and warmth of humanism will always shine like beacon, reaching out to each and every heart on this small planet.Although Ill probably never see that little girl or her grandfather again, Ill never forget seeing them there in the hospital that day – and if I did, Id thank them for showing me how vivid yet subtle, how firm yet fragile, and how invisible yet omnipresent the human spirit is in our world today. Thank you.。

In my early years, I did not see the value of education. When I was going on thirteen, I started to run my own shop. From then on, I worked hard to become a successful businessman.
One day I realized the importance of the English language in the business world and started taking night classes.
I was able to communicate well with foreign customers after two years of English study. But I started to feel that, in the long run, having a limited knowledge of English was not enough to make my business successful. I knew that only a well- rounded education could guarantee my success in the future.
When I was eighteen, I had to make a decision to continue doing business or go back to school. There was one obstacle keeping me from getting an advanced education. I had only completed elementary school up to that point. I then went back to senior high school after four months of tutoring in different subjects. Being at school for the first time after so many years was somewhat embarrassing because my classmates were at least two or three years younger than I. I concluded that my age did not matter. The important thing was getting into college.
I took the College Entrance Exams. Although my math exam result was only one point below the required score. I never gave up hope. The following year, I took it again and received the 本文来源:网络收集整理\word可编辑 highest score in my city. Achieving such an amazing result gave me encouragement and courage necessary to continue my education to the next step.
I am now in my second year of college and know that it is never too late to learn. My passion for studying and improving myself will never come to a halt as long as I continue to live.
“Live and Learn.” is the motto I have adopted. I believe with an education I will succeed. So, if you are wondering whether education is important, don’t hesitate a moment to step up and seize the opportunity.
Good morning, everyone! This week, we are going to learn a new topic——the Aims of Education. Differ from Whitehea d ’s idea; I think the aim of education is to help people form a lifelong learning consciousness. In my eyes, education is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we do not educate children only for teaching them knowledge but to help them form a lifelong learning consciousness.
We can see that, as education appeared, the aim of it has always been a hot topic to human beings, especially the great thinkers. Their ideas towards the aim of education reflect the educational changes in human society. That is to say the aim of education is not static . In ancient Greek, Aristotle thought that “Education must aim at the development of the full potentialities of each man”. Later, it developed into the idea of training young people to be well -educated gentlemen or citizens in Henry Newman’s work The Idea of a University. As the society develops, the aim of education has taken in new meanings and implications-----to educate and train people to be all-roundly cultivated persons. To achieve this goal, one has to spend his whole life to learn. However, in the usual case people just spend some years on study in schools or universities. After they leave school, they seldom pick up books. Now the government is advocating building a “learning society”. It provides people chances to do some continuous learning in other schools besides the formal ones, like night schools.
In fact, the idea that education should be throughout a person’s life has been existing for a long time. In China, it can be traced further back to “the Analects of Confucius”. Confucius said, “If some years were added to my life, I would give fifty to the study of the Yi, and then I might come be without great faults”. This indicates his idea of lifelong learning. Besides, some famous western philosophers also held the idea that individual education should be a continuous process. For example, the great thinker Aristotle claimed that “Education is the best provision for the journey to old age”. These claims above show that those great educators take education as a long term task.
Unfortunately, the time that people spend in schools or universities is limited, so is the knowledge they can learn in the formal schooling. As a result, it is significant for teacher to promote learner autonomy and guide students to form a lifelong learning consciousness in school. But usually people do not take it serious until they leave school. I would like to take my elder cousin as an example.
