第二轮面试注意事项1.第二轮面试的时间和地点：目前时间和地点暂时未定，由于国庆假期，所以教室没有借到，时间大概是10月10日左右。

时间和地点我们将另行通知。

2.第二轮面试的流程：第二轮面试采用群面的模式。

我们将面试者分成6组，每组10人左右，分组名单将在后面附上，然后每一个组分配两个议题，议题和材料后附，然后到场后随机选择一个议题，每个人会被分配到一个国家，首先每个人进行一分钟的有关议题的叙述，每个代表发完言可以有三个提问机会，发言完成后进行五分钟的自由讨论，得出一个结论。

由一名代表进行阐述。

接着会有单独的面试。

整个时间不会超过5分钟。

3.大家可以根据材料和议题稍作准备，注意是英文的讨论。

不需要准备很多，整个面试会比较轻松。

考虑到有些同学不能来，不能来的同意安排在最后（或另订时间）进行单独面试。

In the north east of the Pacific, Japan has contention with Russia about The Kuril Islands. The president of Russia has come to one of the islands to have a inspection. Now the islands are in the control of Russia. And not long before, Japanese government announced that they have already bought the DiaoYu Island. This made a huge impact in China, many people felt really angry and Chinese government has warned Japan as well. Conflicts become more and more serious. Many criticizers even thought there will be a war. Thousands of people became homeless and fertile lands were submerged because sea level’s rising.Extreme weather such as Typhoon, tsunami, drought and rainstorm struck our land more often. Another big problem human are facing is the sustainable development. Decreasing natural resources is the key point. Human should try to develop new energy and prevent to depend on fossil fuel. Thousands of years passed, the conflict became even worse. Recently, a film called the innocence of Muslim made a huge impact in Muslim countries. Arabian regarded it as a humiliation to Muslim. Divergence between Muslim and Western countries can be found in every realm.In the past, it was religion that made them at draggers drawn. Now, divergence in ideology and politics make them hate each other. The ambassador of USA in Libya was assassinated in the parade. So how to solve the problem? Countries: USA, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq, Iran,Canada, UK, Germany.4)Radioactive spill and contaminationLast year, a serious accident happened in Fukushima, Japan.The massive earthquake of 9.0 magnitude and tsunami struck Japan’s main land, and the nuclear plant in Fukushima was damaged and the whole world was shocked about Japan’s nuclear emergency. Since there were several tragic nuclear accidents happened before such as Chernobyl disaster, human began to think whether it is safe enough to develop nuclear energy. And such actions have been taken in many countries.They decide to slow down nuclear energy’s development or event close them thoroughly. But the fact is that many western countries can’t give up nuclear energy since they largely depend on nuclear energy.
