关于美国F1学生签证◆F-1签证的含义F-1签证是签发给在美国政府认可的全日制学校就读的外国学生的一种签证。

这些学校可以是美国政府认可的大学、学院、专业学校、中小学校、技术或职业学校、语言学校等。

在这些学校就读的外国学生所进行的是较长时间的正式学习，目的是完成学校所规定的学业，取得学位、毕业证书或学历证明。

◆F-1签证申请条件1．必须全日制学习。

2．具备一定的英语水平。

3．充足的经济来源。

4．归国计划。

充分的回国意图。

学生签证是一种临时签证，因此申请人在提出申请时，应表明在完成学业后一定返回其居住国。

◆美国使馆发放签证的原则1．是否有去美国的正当理由；2．是否有足够的经济来源以保证申请者在美国逗留期间能正常生活（自费留学需要出示充分的财力证明）；3．毕业后是否能回到本国。

F1签证申请程序（一）支付签证费用和SEVIS服务费◆签证申请费938元人民币非移民签证的一次签证费用为938元人民币，收据原件的有效期为一年。

面谈时，必须出具两张申请费收据（正副联）。

所有申请非移民签证的申请人都必须在中信银行交纳938元人民币并且这笔费用是不能退款的。

◆SEVIS费200美元SEVIS费全称为：学生及交流学者信息系统管理费。

“学生和交流访问者信息系统”（SEVIS）I-901收费由美国国会授权，以支持收集和管理在美外国学生和交流访问者信息的自动系统，保证他们维持在美国的合法身份。

此费用可以使用信用卡在线支付（二）填写签证表格英文的DS-160电子签证申请表在网上填写。

填写完毕后请将确认页打印出来在签证面谈时递交。

面签时间很有限，切忌长篇大论，签证官有可能在你说完几句话之后就打断你了。

所以，一定要在每个问题的答案中，把最有说服力的句子放在最前面说，最核心和最强烈的理由放在前面说。

尽全力在短时间内展现自己强有力的归国计划和和国内的紧密联系。

建议对着镜子练练微笑。

4、说话时声音要大，语速要慢。

声音大意味着说话有底气，分量足，显示出你的自信。

语速要慢，对英语口语不太好的人来说，可以让签证官听清楚你要表达的意思。

假如你说话太流利，签证官在和你对话时，不经意地会把你当成美国人来提问，他也会说得很快，万一你听不清楚，就影响面试效果了。

语速慢的另一个好处是可以让自己有时间来思考签证官的问题。

有时候签证官会连续地打断你或者反问你，这样会造成你的与素情不自禁地加快，于是你很有可能对某些问题不假思索，脱口而出，这种情况下你的答案往往是你内心深处最真实的想法，签证官也往往根据这一点来判断你的移民倾向。

这个时候如果你的答案出了大漏洞，再弥补就来不及了，所以语速要慢，以便留出充分的思考时间。

5、心态一定要坦然。

不要受当前形势的影响，无论前边有几个人签过都与你没有关系，即使前边过了20个也不要太高兴，甚至很有可能这一队人中被拒的人就是你；同样，无论签证官拒掉了多少申请人，他总是要给某些人发放签证的。

你要做到的就是保持正常的心态去迎接面试。

6、不要有侥幸心理。

有时候签证官因为主观因素，由他面谈的申请者通过得多，称之为“放水”。

但一心想着靠签证官放水是不行的，因为放水的窗口和时间是你永远无法预料的。

只有精心地进行签证准备，按照最严格的模式来进行模拟面试训练。

7、不要看签证官在DS表上写什么。

一旦你想看就会分神，影响你集中精力回答问题。

签证官无论写什么都不代表你一定通过或者被拒。

无论是记录你的优势还是你的破绽都只对签证官起作用，你看不看都没有意义。

8、不要去猜签证官是否打算给你签证。

签证官的决定不是写在脸上的，他可能面无表情，你根本看不出来他想做什么。

有的签证官会对你的答案显得不怎么认同，甚至会一边摇头一边给你撕黄条；有的签证官会对你的答案点头表示认可，但是会出其不意地给你盖上拒签章。

你要做的永远只是集中精力回答签证官的问题。

9、不要随意向签证官说No。

如果签证官向你要什么材料，即使没有，也尽量从带来的材料中找一份哪怕有一点点关系的充数，并征询一下用这个顶替怎么样。

如果他问你的问题你一时答不上来，可以装着没听清的样子，请他再说一遍，借此机会紧急调整思路，然后应答，不要轻易说出“不知道”、“不清楚”和“我无法回答”之类的答案。

10、不要和签证官纠缠。

如果签证官不相信你的某个理由，你不要过于纠缠和争辩，赶紧给出另一个理由。

当然，你必须事先准备充足的论点和论据。

有时他反复追问，说明想听一个他想要的理由，一旦听到了，就满意地赞同你，说不定就给签了。
