feelingsick英文作文I woke up this morning feeling terrible. My head was pounding, my stomach was churning, and I just felt like I had been hit by a truck. I couldn't even get out of bed,let alone think about going to work.I stumbled to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. I was pale as a ghost and my eyes were bloodshot. I knew I definitely wasn't going to be able to make it through the day without some serious help.I managed to drag myself to the kitchen and make a cupof tea. I thought it might help settle my stomach, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I just felt more and more miserable as the minutes ticked by.I called my boss to let him know I wouldn't be comingin today. I could barely even speak, my voice was so hoarse. He didn't sound too happy about it, but there was no way I could have made it to the office in this state.I crawled back into bed and pulled the covers up over my head. I just wanted to sleep and forget about how awful I felt. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow, but for now, I just want to be left alone.。
