番茄穴盘育苗基质筛选试验赵婧,仪泽会,毛丽萍(山西省农业科学院蔬菜研究所,山西太原030031)摘要:用腐熟羊粪、椰糠、腐植酸等原材料,按照不同的体积比例配制成5种复合基质,用于番茄(红利)穴盘育苗,通过测定基质理化性状、出苗率、幼苗生长指标,筛选出番茄穴盘育苗的有机基质。
结果表明,基质2(腐熟羊粪、椰糠、腐植酸体积比为3∶5∶2)的理化性状各项指标均能满足番茄育苗要求,出苗率(98.6%)与CK 间差异不显著;在苗龄42d时,株高为187.63mm ,茎粗为4.50mm ,叶片数为5.17片,苗期各项形态指标与CK 间差异不显著;总干质量为0.63g,干物质含量为11.35%,分别是CK 的110.5%,110.7%,显著高于CK ;壮苗指数为0.015g ,生长函数(G 值)为0.015g/d ,苗期综合指标显著高于CK 。
基质1,3,4,5的表现一般,基质2栽培的番茄出苗率高,干物质积累快,壮苗指数高,可以替代普通基质用于番茄穴盘育苗。
