鹰文化目标、绩效——市场型代表企业:联想、伊利、TCL、平安、光明、春兰、喜之郎、小天鹅、雨润、思念等羚羊文化温和、敏捷——稳健代表企业:海尔、中兴、苏宁、美的、汇源、燕啤等当然,并非一个企业在归为某类文化时就不具有其它文化的因素,只是最为突出的文化性格对它的生命延续产生了最重大的影响。
深圳华为技术有限公司创建于1988年,当时的注册资金仅仅只有两万元。
在开始的头两年,它主要代销香港的一种HAX交换机,靠价格差获利,这是种即安全又可获利的经营方式,使创业阶段的财务有了起色。
当初的经营范围,主要是小型程控交换机,火灾警报器、气浮仪开发生产及有关的工程承包咨询。
华为进入通信领域在我国不是最早的企业,当时与它一起打天下的其它企业早已销声匿迹,但它以咄咄逼人之势迅速发展成了该领域的强者,凭的就是狼顽强的生存能力。
十几年间,任正非一直在打造他的狼王国,狼性文化作为企业的核心竞争力,在发展中显示了它非凡的力量。
