教师专业发展模式改革与创新研讨会在我校召开

9月13日上午,教师专业发展模式改革与创新研讨会暨河北省教育学会教育专业委员会年会在我校隆重召开。

校长蒋春澜教授出席开幕式并讲话。

首都师范大学副校长孟繁华教授、省高教协会秘书长高智军、我校社科处处长韩来平教授等出席,会议由教育学院院长薛彦华教授主持。

蒋春澜在讲话中指出,教师专业发展模式改革与创新是一个很重要的课题,对于师资培养、学科建设乃至整个教育事业的发展都有着极其重要的意义。

教师专业发展模式的改革要有前瞻性、针对性和科学性,改革的灵魂在于创新。

蒋春澜鼓励大家努力做好教师专业发展模式改革与创新的相关工作。

开幕式结束后,首都师范大学副校长孟繁华教授做了关于“创建大学和中小学协同发展机制,实现教师教育理论与实践双向激活”的讲座。

孟教授从知识与创新的关系、和谐共生教育发展观为切入点,分析了实现大学和中小学的协同发展的机制及发展阶段,并就如何推进理论和实践创新做了详细的阐释。

下午,来自北京大学教育学院的陈向明教授做了“课例研究对高校教学的作用”的讲座。

陈向明教授主要从“什么是课例研究(lesson study)”;“课例研究为什么重要”;和“课例研究对高校教学有何作用”三个方面进行了讲解。

在讲座过程中陈教授结合真实的情景案例和与会者共同探讨了许多有价值且实用的方法。

Symposium on Teacher Development held in HNU
(September 16th, 2014) The Symposium on the Reform & Innovation of Teacher Development Mode and the Annual Conference of Teacher Education Professional Committee of Hebei Educational Association was held at HNU on the morning of September 13.
The Symposium on the Reform & Innovation of Teacher Development Mode was held at HNU on the morning of September 13, in conjunction with the Annual Conference of Teacher Education Professional Committee of Hebei Educational Association.
HNU President Prof. Jiang Chunlan attended and addressed the opening ceremony. Present at the ceremony were Prof. Meng Fanhua, vice president
of Capital Normal University, Gao Zhijun, secretary-general of Hebei Higher Education Association, and Prof. Han Laiping, head of the HNU Social Sciences Department. Prof. Xue Yanhua, dean of the HNU College of Education, chaired the ceremony.
Prof. Jiang said that the reform & innovation of the mode of teacher development is important for education and makes great difference to teacher training and discipline construction etc. The reform should be prospective, targeted and scientific, the soul of which lies in innovation. He called on all attendees to commit to relevant work.
After the ceremony, Prof. Meng Fanhua gave a lecture entitled
“To Build the Co-development Mechanism between Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools; to Approach Teacher Education in Both Theory and Practice”.

Starting with the relationship between knowledge and innovation and harmonious coexistence educational development, he introduced the mechanism for and stages of co-development between universities and primary and secondary schools and elaborated on how to promote innovation in both theory and practice.
In the afternoon, Prof. Chen Xiangming, from the Graduate School of Education of Peking University, gave a lecture on “R oles of Lesson Study in College Teaching”. He talked about it in three aspects. 1) What is lesson study?
2) Why is lesson study important? 3) What roles does lesson study play in college teaching? He related many practical approaches with authentic scenarios and case studies.
