Analysis of the teaching material:
The topic of this unit is Can you play the guitar? This unit is designed to teach
students talk about abilities. This class is not only designed to make students know
how to talk about abilities, but know how to ask for joining a club. In the process of
learning, students are encouraged to improve their listening skills and speaking silks.
Students are expected to learn new words and target language.
Analysis of the students:
Students in Grade 7 are interested in school activities and they are willing to
know more about each other. So they must be interested in the topic of this class.
They are supposed to practice listening and speaking. Maybe it’s a little difficult for

一、单元整体目标分析
1)知识目标:
a.学习重点词汇:rule,arrive,kitchen,terrible,follow,learn,panda,tiger,sleep,south,race,state,other,child,
