根据笔者这几年的投稿及审稿体验，略为点评一下当下发文量较大的主流SCI杂志，希望对各位读者在投稿环节有所帮助。

肿瘤作为当前生物医学研究领域最大的热点，近几年来各大肿瘤方向的SCI杂志影响因子稳中有升，也表明在未来的几年，肿瘤研究依旧占据着生物医学领域的头把交椅。

Cancer Cell (IF=23.523)“传说中的存在”除去Nature reviews Cancer这等对于国人来说是浮云般的神刊外，Cancer Cell想必是国人能够触摸到的最“DUANG”的肿瘤学专业杂志，近年来国内已有多篇文章被该刊接受。

该杂志对稿件的要求极其严格，偏向于接受临床流行病学和基础分子生物学相结合的工作，需要把一个故事从体内、体外到临床证据讲述的很完整。

同时要求实验结果非常新颖，而且意义重大，实验手段全面，验证充分。

如果您的课题具有相当的创新性，在体内、体外、动物及临床上都得到了充分验证的话，可以尝试投稿。

Cancer Research (IF=9.3)“基层肿瘤研究者的终极梦想”在10分到20分档，除了一些专科性杂志如Leukemia、Blood、Journal of Hepatology、Hepatology、Gastroenterology等以外（后面会专门介绍）。

Cancer Research作为肿瘤学的老牌杂志，在大部分传统经典刊物退步的大势中，近年来IF稳中有升，从7一路升到9，已经有了赶Proceedings of the National Academy ofSciences of the United States of America超EMBO Journal的趋势。
