产品技术说明书发布日期：2020-4-13 TDS 编号：WHBJ_0763产品牌号：WANCOL® 905 版本：V 2.0产品简介WANCOL®905 是一种特殊改性的高性能环保型聚氨酯油墨连接料，适用于制备高性能的环保一体化凹版印刷复合油墨，以其制备的油墨具有优异的附着力、再溶性、无溶剂胶匹配性和抗沉淀性能。

特点：适用基材广泛，对经过处理的BOPP、PE、PET和BOPA膜均有良好的附着力；具有良好的耐高温性能，可用于水煮和蒸煮油墨的制备；润湿分散性能优良，尤其对钛白具有良好分散与防沉性；无结晶性，制备的油墨光泽好；优良的耐候、耐介质性，不黄变；对多种树脂如氯醋树脂、NC、CAB等纤维素、醛酮树脂等具有良好的相容性。

产品用途WANCOL® 905可完全溶解于酯和醇类的混合溶剂中，因此适用于制备无苯无酮的环保型聚氨酯油墨。

WANCOL® 905能够适用于经过处理的BOPP、PE、PET和BOPA膜的印刷，同时其良好的柔韧性和耐热性又可以保证其通用于水煮和121℃蒸煮场合，所以特别适合于制备一体化聚氨酯复合油墨。

用于蒸煮场合使用时，需在油墨中加入交联固化剂来使用。

WANCOL® 905 亦可用于凹版印刷的表印油墨和丝网印刷油墨的配制。

理化性能项目指标外观无色至淡黄色液体不挥发物含量（%）28.0~32.0粘度（mPa.s，25℃）800~1500溶剂成份乙酸乙酯/异丙醇包装规格210升铁桶包装，180kg/桶不锈钢吨桶包装，850 kg/桶贮存（使用）注意事项阴凉处密闭、干燥、常温贮存，防水、防潮，切勿敞口存放。

本品属于易燃液体，要远离所有点火源或高温热源，防止被水、碱或清洁剂溶液污染。

尽管本品对皮肤、呼吸道没有太大的刺激，但在操作时请佩戴防护镜、工作服、橡胶手套等必要的防护用品，如遇特殊情况，请及时与客户服务中心联系。

保质期自出厂之日起，在按规定贮存条件贮存的情况下，WANCOL 905的贮存期为12个月。
