前 言
为包管我公司建材检测的质量的要求,提高我公司实验室检测水平,包管检测试验结果的真实性和准确性,客观反应建立工程质量特组织我公司有关人员组织体例了《实验室仪器自校规程》。

水泥胶砂试模校验要领
本要领适用于新的、使用中和修理后的水泥胶砂试模的查验。
1 概述
水泥胶砂试模是《水泥胶砂强度查验要领》GB 17671-1999的专用模具。
水泥胶砂试模是由底座、隔板和端板组成的三联模(一个模具成型三个试块)。
2 技能要求
2.1 试模加工面应平滑、无气孔、整洁、无粗糙不平现象。
2.2 试模的侧板和端板应由硬质钢材制造,底座可用铸铁或铸钢制造。组装后试模的模腔尺寸长(160±0.8)mm,宽(40±0.2)mm,深(40.1±0.1)mm。
2.3 试模质量:(6.25±0.25)kg。
2.4 试模组装后,内壁各打仗面应相互垂直,垂直公差不大于0.2mm。
2.5 端板与隔板事情面平面公差不大于0.03mm。
2.6 试模组装应紧密,隔板不倾斜晃动,紧固后隔板与底板的间隙应小于0.05mm,且在试件成型时不出现漏浆现象。
3 校验条件
3.1 查验用的仪器设备
3.1.1 游标卡尺,分度值0.02mm;
3.1.2 钢直尺;
3.1.3 刀口尺;
3.1.4 普通级塞尺 厚度0.02~0.1mm;
3.1.5 垂直公差专用检具;
3.1.6 台秤或电子秤,分度值不大于5g;
3.2 水泥胶砂试模应在(20±2) ℃ 的室内查验。

5 校验要领
5.1 按技能要求对试模的外观和资料进行查抄。
5.2 用游标卡尺对试模的有效尺寸进行丈量。长应在宽度偏向的两端检测两点,取平均值;宽、深在长度偏向两端和中间检测三点,取平均值。
5.3 用台秤或电子秤检测试模质量。
5.4 用刀口直尺和塞尺对试模内外貌、端板和底座丈量平面公差。
5.5 用垂直公差专用检具、塞尺丈量组装后的试模的垂直公差,分别检测底座与端板、底座与隔板、隔板与端板各一点。
5.6 隔板与底板的间隙用塞尺检测。
5.7 将装满水泥胶砂的试模按水泥胶砂强度查验要领的操纵步调在振动台上振动台上振30s,查抄是否由漏浆现象。
6 校验结果处置惩罚
全部校验项目均切合尺度要求为及格。
7 校验周期
校验周期为半年。

水泥沸煮箱校验要领
本要领适用于新的、使用中和修理后的水泥沸煮箱的校验。
1 概述
沸煮箱是GB/T1346-2011《水泥尺度稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性查验要领》测定水泥安定性的一种专用器具。
2 技能要求
2.1 仪器外观完好、无锈蚀、无漏水现象;
2.2 仪器应有接地线,沸煮箱、程控器不得漏电;
2.3 步伐控制器控制时间为:加热至沸腾时间(30±5)min;维持沸腾时间(180±5)min。

4 校验要领
4.1 外观查抄:通过目测检察仪器外观是否完好,有无锈蚀,有无漏水现象。
4.2 沸煮箱、程控器有无漏电:接纳电笔测试。
4.3 程控器控制时间:接纳温度计测温,计时表或秒表计时,准确测出加热至沸腾时间和维持沸腾时间。
5 校验结果处置惩罚
全部校验项目均切合技能要求为及格。
6 校验周期
校验周期为一年。
