金瓜蒸多久看见金瓜这个名字应该不少人都感到比较陌生,但是南瓜则是大家比较熟悉的一个蔬菜,其实金瓜和南瓜是同一个品种。
从营养学角度来看,如果想要保持住南瓜最原本的价值以及味道的话,蒸南瓜则是一种非常不错的吃法。
蒸南瓜过程中也需要大量的时间才能够将南瓜完全成熟,所以蒸南瓜具体需要蒸多长时间?蒸南瓜需要多长时间:电饭锅30分钟要是拿电饭锅蒸南瓜的话,一般来说,时间大概在20—30分钟左右即可,如果是整个的南瓜盅,则需要时间更长,大概35分钟为宜。
因为南瓜的外皮比较硬,所以蒸南瓜盅的话需要的时间稍微长点,一般35分钟为宜。
而如果是南瓜削皮切块做成其他的菜肴或者削皮后蒸煮的话则一般20—30分钟时间即可。
微波炉10分钟一般来说,微波炉蒸南瓜的时间大概在10分钟左右就够了,注意是高火10分钟。
当然这个时间也不一定,因为不同型号的微波炉功率不同,所以大家可以根据自家微波炉的功率来调整时间。
南瓜有一定的硬度,大家不用担心蒸过头,其实软烂一点口感更好。
如果大家蒸了10分钟还觉得南瓜不够软糯,可以再高火蒸5分钟。
炒菜锅20分钟有时候人们也会用炒菜的锅子蒸南瓜。
南瓜要蒸多久,跟你切的块的大小有关,一般为了熟的快点可以把块切的小一点,(一般馒头的一半大小)开始可以用大火,开锅以后改用小火,20分钟就足够了。
也可以在15分钟时候,打开盖子,用筷子扎一扎,能够轻松的扎透,说明已经熟透了,有人喜欢吃硬一点的,可以稍早一点关火,如果还扎不动,盖上盖子再蒸一会儿。
高压锅5分钟高压锅蒸南瓜上汽5、6分钟就熟了。
高压锅里面的压力比蒸锅大很多,煮或蒸东西时就省了很多时间。
要是拿高压锅蒸南瓜超过10分钟,那南瓜就煮的太烂了,口感也会有影响的。
蒸南瓜的家常做法:蒸南瓜做法一材料:南瓜适量、红枣、百合、枸杞做法:1、南瓜洗干净,然后削皮,等分切开;红枣浸泡一会,去除里面的核;百合洗干净再掰开小半待用。
2、找来一个圆形炖盅,把南瓜整齐的放入其中,同时放入枸杞,红枣,百合,加一碗水。

红枣百合蒸南瓜
用料:
南瓜半个、百合2个、金丝枣8个、白糖一勺。
做法:
1、金丝枣用清水泡软。
2、百合洗净,将褐色部分去掉,备用。
3、南瓜去皮去瓤切厚片,用模具可出形状,摆到盘中备用。
4、在南瓜上均匀地撒上红枣、百合、白糖(或冰糖末)。
5、将盘子放入蒸锅,大火蒸开,小火继续蒸约二十分钟即可。

1、最好用老南瓜,老南瓜比较甜,可少放或不放糖,嫩南瓜可适当多放一点糖。
2、没有金丝枣,也可将阿胶枣切成小丁撒在上面,也很营养美味。

2、南瓜性温,多吃会助长湿热,所以胃热炽盛者、气滞中满者、湿热气滞者应少吃,同时患有脚气、黄疸、气滞湿阻病者忌食。

3、患感染性疾病和发热症状者不宜食用南瓜粥,以防病情恶化。
