空气预热器安装
锅炉空气预热器安装方案
一、空气预热器概述
1(,概况
HG,670/13.7,,,9型锅炉的空气预热器是管箱式结构,总重量695.89吨。分为上、下两级布置,上级分一层,下级分两层,每层分四组,每组由五个管箱组成,三层预热器分别布置在标高4800mm、10500mm、20800mm的尾部支撑梁上,下层管箱组重174.99吨,中层管箱组重191.06吨,上层管箱重218.71吨。空气预热器管径是由Φ51mm,壁厚1.5mm的外螺纹管组成,管子两端焊在管板上,形成长方形管箱。预热器座架、护板总重104.82吨。预热器管箱、座架、连通箱等重量全部施加在尾部支撑梁和柱上。

1(4(2预热器支撑梁安装完毕,几何尺寸验收合格,焊接达到要求。

格及技术性文件符合要求
1(5(安装前的准备和检查
管式空气预热器在安装前应检查各管箱的外形尺寸,应符合表1规定,在清除管板与管子焊缝、焊渣的同时,还应检查焊缝有无裂纹、砂眼,必要时要用渗透试验检查焊口。管内部的尘灰、杂物应用钢丝刷拉出或用压缩空气吹扫。

2(3(管箱吊装就位,起吊管箱时用两根长14米Φ21.5mm的吊绳四点吊装预热器管箱。与管箱四角连接的是自作的吊耳(如图所示)。用3t卡扣连接吊绳和吊耳。
2(4(每组按从边管箱到中间管箱的顺序逐个吊装就位,就位后测量管箱垂直度、对角线、与构架相对位置,符合要求后固定。

同一层管箱找正后,再根据图纸规定的连接方式将相邻管箱的管板用有伸缩性的Ω形密封板连接。

2(8.第三层预热器管箱的吊装应在第一级省煤器管箱吊装完之后进行。
2.9.空气预热器座架与连通箱内各护板框架间,及框架与管箱板之间,应按“空气预热器节电详图”仔细焊接,焊后认真检查,提交完整记录。 2.10.管式空气预器安装结束后,与冷热风道同时进行风压实验,应无漏泄。同时,进行全面检查,管子不得有杂物、尘土等堵塞物。办理签证手续。
三(吊装工具强度校核。
采用35t筒臂吊车吊装空气预热器管箱,该吊车最大工作半径为35m,起重量为15t,空气预热器最重管箱为第三层的中管箱,重11211Kg,处在吊车19m的半径上,吊车满足吊装要求。
