DF的化学本质是分子量集中在15～30 kDa的单链脱氧寡核苷酸钠盐的混合物，嘌呤嘧啶比大于0.85。

DF可以通过静脉注射及口服两种方式给药，静脉注射给药可以迅速达到最大血药浓度Cmax，口服30 min后可达到Cmax。

鉴于消化道核酸酶水解失活、DF小肠吸收效率及肝脏首过效应等因素，口服生物利用度只有58～71%。

注射给药DF的半衰期约10～30 min，而口服给药DF的清除需要数小时，主要通过尿液及粪便排出体外[1]。

DF可以缓慢而持续发挥药效是口服给药的优势。

多种生物学活性是DF最突出的特点，体外和体内研究表明DF具有抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎、抗心肌缺血、纤溶和抗血栓的活性，DF在抗肿瘤方面的应用前景最近也引起了学者的关注[2]。

DF的详细作用机制目前还未完全阐明，一方面和DF多聚阴离子的特性有关；另一方面，DF作为单链脱氧寡核苷酸混合物，其分子内存在碱基的互补配对，构成了DF序列多样性和空间构象多样性的基础，这些与DF的生物学活性多样性直接相关。

普利莱公司的调亡细胞染色试剂盒以Hoechst 染料为基础，其独特的添加成分和系统优化条件使该试剂盒具有以下几个卓越的特征：(1). 适用于调亡细胞核及调亡小体的染色；(2). 应用范围宽广: 活体细胞和固定的贴壁或悬浮培养细胞，石蜡或冰冻组织切片；(3). 快速，30分钟完成细胞凋亡染色。

组成：可用于检测100个样品。

1. 100×染色浓缩液 0.5ml ；2. 抗荧光淬灭封片剂。

储存：染色浓缩液需4℃避光保存，六个月内有效。

自备试剂：固定液(4%多聚甲醛), PBS 缓冲液或0.9%NaCl 。

贴壁细胞染色操作说明：以生长在24孔板内的贴壁细胞为例(或在盖玻片上贴壁生长的细胞）1. 吸去培养液，用PBS 洗涤两次。

2. 加入0.5ml 固定液，固定10分钟或更长时间（可4℃过夜）。

3. 吸去固定液，用PBS 或0.9%NaCl 洗涤一次，吸尽液体。

4. 取5μl 100X 浓缩染液与0.5ml PBS 缓冲液混合，加入到培养皿中, 室温孵育10分钟。

5. 吸去染液，PBS 洗涤一次，吸去多余液体后用抗荧光淬灭封片剂封片。

悬浮细胞或消化后的细胞染色操作说明：1. 悬浮细胞或消化后的细胞，用PBS 洗涤，1000g 低速离心收集细胞样品于1.5ml 离心管。

2. 加入0.5ml 固定液重悬细胞沉淀，固定10分钟或更长时间(可4℃过夜)。

3. 1000g 低速离心，吸去固定液，用PBS 或0.9%NaCl 洗涤一次，离心，吸尽液体。
