摘要

随着建筑业管理体制改革的深化，工程项目施工组织设计越来越受到人们的重视，其管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素，而质量、进度、成本控制是其中最为重要的管理要点。

施工组织设计在工程项目施工过程中起着重要的作用：为建设项目或群体工程的施工做出全局性的战略部署；为做好施工准备工作、保证资源供应提供依据；为组织全工地施工提供科学方案和实施步骤；为施工单位编制工程项目生产计划和单位工程的施工组织设计提供依据。

本论文根据设计单位提供的施工图纸资料、施工项目现场条件和完成项目施工所需的技术、人力 、物力资源，拟定出的施工方案。在技术上、组

织上，施工管理运作上，尽可能的做出全面、合理、科学的安排，以保证项目施工优质、高效、经济和安全环保的完成施工任务。

Abstract

With the progress in the reform of the management system in construction

industry, construction project management is receiving more and more attention.

Management level has become the key factor for construction company’s

development and survivor. While, quality, time and cost management and control

serves as the key elements.

Construction design in the implementation of projects in the works played

an important role: for construction projects or groups of construction projects to

the overall strategic plan; to do a good job in preparation for construction work

and ensure site for the organization to provide construction Scientific

programmes and implemntatianon steps for the preparation of project

construction unit of production planning and engineering units provide the

basis for construction design.

This paper is designed to provide units of construction drawings,

construction the project site conditions and construction projects completed the

necessary technical ,human and material resoursces of in drawing up the

construction plan. Technically speaking ,organization ,and construction

management operation , as far as possible to make a comprechensive ,

rational ,scientific arrangements to ensure that the project construction quality ,

economic and encionmental security of the copmpletion of construction work.
