随着长平矿井下开采深度的不断加大，受奥灰承压水影响的威胁越来越严重。

为搞好xx年度长平公司长平矿井防治水工作，使井上下防治水工作有条不紊的进行，做到预防为主、防患于未然，特编制xx年度矿井防治水计划如下：1、公司成立防治水组织机构：2、职责划分3、防治水工作总体安排3.1、编制依据：《地测防治水安全质量标准化标准》、《煤矿安全规程》、《矿井地质规程》、《煤矿防治水规定》、《山西长平井田矿井防治水总体规划》、《带压开采防治水专项措施》和xx年采掘衔接计划。

3.2、工作原则及流程防治水工作坚持预测预报、有疑必探、先探后掘、先治后采的原则，采取防、堵、疏、排、截的综合治理措施。

承压区采掘工作面承总体防治思想是有掘必探，先探后掘，有采必探，先治后采。

一是对承压区开展地面三维地震勘探，探测地质构造发育情况；二是开展地面瞬变电磁勘探，对地质构造的含水性及含水层的含水性进行探测；三是井下开展直流电法、音频电透、高密度电法仪等物探工作，进一步探测富水异常情况；四是对物探结果显示的富水异常区，进行钻探验证；五是巷道掘进、工作面回采过程中对物探、钻探结果再次验证。

六是综合收集地质、水文资料，提高预测预报的精度，更好的指导生产。

对出水点水质进行化验分析，判断水源及该块段富水性特征，以及通道性质。

若涌水水为奥灰岩溶水则需采取措施进行治理。

3.3水文地质补充调查地面水文地质补充调查包括：气象资料搜集；地貌调查；地质调查；地表水体、河流调查；调查工作面回采造成的地表塌陷，做好水土保持工作；调查钻孔的封孔情况。

井下水文地质补充调查有：对断层、节理、陷落柱，观测含水情况、导水情况、水温、水质、含砂量等；对突水点详细观测记录突水的时间、地点、确切位置、出水层位、岩性、厚度、出水形式、围岩破坏情况，测定涌水量、水温、水质、含砂量等；定期对井下的一级涌水点进行观测，建立建全观测记录，完善水质分析数据库；按时观测矿井涌水量变化。
