根据学生的主要学习目的是掌握汉语语言知识及了解相关中国文化知识,本人以几个湘菜菜名为切入点,让学生在轻松活跃的氛围中,向他们讲解了这些菜名涉及的词语、读音及其表示菜肴的基本信息等等。
