摘要
随着社会生产力的发展、社会分工的深化、市场竞争的加剧、物流分离外包速度的加快以及现代信息技术的创新和经济全球化的推进，物流在整个经济与社会发展中的地位和作用与日俱增。“物”和“流”的组合，是一种建立在自然运动基础上的高级的运动形式。其互相联系是在经济目的和实物之间，在军事目的和实物之间，甚至在某种社会目的和实物之间，寻找运动的规律。因此，物流不仅是上述限定条件下的“物”和“流”的组合，而更重要在于，是限定于军事、经济、社会条件下的组合，是从军事、经济、社会角度来观察物的运输，达到某种军事、经济、社会的要求。物流作为提高企业竞争力的重要因素，在企业运营管理中有极其重要的地位。要想准确的掌握物流活动的运行情况，就必须对物流活动进行有效地绩效评价，从而正确诊断各个不同物流系统的实际经营水平，全面监督企业资源，实现合理配置，以提高物流系统的运行效率。本文通过对制造业和商业的大中小型企业物流管理问题区别的研究，希望企业能在做好自己物流管理的同时，互相借鉴，发展先进的物流管理自动化，形成一个完整的配送中心，以提高企业的效益。

Abstract
Along with the development of social productive force, social deepening of labor division, market competition intensifies, logistics separation outsourcing to speed up and the modern information technology innovation and economic globalization advancement, logistics to economic and social development in the position and function of increasing."The thing" and "flow", is a combination of established based on the natural movement of senior forms of exercise.The connection is each other in economic purpose and material between, between the military purposes and material, even in a social purpose and physical, looking for the movement rule between.Therefore, logistics is not only under the condition of the limit "the thing" and "flow" combination, but more important is, is limited to military, economic and social conditions, the combination from the military, economic and social Angle to observe things transportation, and achieve some military, economic, and social demands.Logistics as an important factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in business operation management, have a very important position.To accurately grasp the operation situation of logistics activities of logistics activities, we must effectively, thus the proper diagnosis performance evaluation of various logistics system of actual operation level, overall supervision enterprise resources and realize reasonable configuration, in order to improve the operational efficiency of logistics system.This article through to manufacturing and commercial big small and medium-sized enterprise logistics management problems, hope difference between businesses can do their logistics management at the same time, borrowing, the development of advanced logistics management automation, formed a complete distribution center, in order to improve the efficiency of enterprises.
