摘要
我国处于社会主义初级阶段，中小企业都是经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱。从我国经济发展的背景来看，中小企业一直是我国经济增长的活力所在，为我国的工业总产值做出了重大贡献，并且在很大程度上缓解了国内的就业问题。目前，影响我国中小企业发展的因素很多，尤其是企业的财务管理在中小企业管理中的重要作用在我国企业现阶段还没有充分被重视。财务管理作为企业的基础管理对企业的经营成果负责，可为中小企业提供决策依据，对中小企业财务管理的研究有着重要的现实意义。
本文分为五个部分，第一部分主要是阐述文章背景、意义和文献综述；第二部分对中小企业财务管理的相关理论进行分析；第三部分是对我国中小企业财务管理存在的问题及原因进行分析；第四部分则是对湖南楚惟机械工程有限公司财务管理问题分析；第五部分提出加强中小企业财务管理的对策。

ABSTRACT
China is in the primary stage of socialism, the small and medium-sized enterprises are an important pillar of economic development and social stability. China's economic development from the view of the background, the small and medium-sized enterprise has become China's economic growth vitality, made a significant contribution to the total industrial output value in China, and alleviate the problem of employment to a great extent at present, many factors affecting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, especially the important role of the financial management of enterprises in small and medium-sized enterprises in the management of enterprises in our country have not been fully appreciated. Financial management as the foundation of enterprise management of enterprises operating results, can provide the decision-making basis for small and medium-sized enterprises, to The research on the financial management of small enterprises has important practical significance.
This paper is divided into five parts, the first part mainly expounds the background, significance and literature review; the second part analysis the theory of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises; the third part is about the reasons and problems of the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China are analyzed; the fourth part is the analysis of Hunan Chuwei Machinery Engineering Co Ltd the problem of financial management; the fifth part puts forward the Countermeasures of strengthening the financial management of small and medium enterprises.
