一. 概述 Summarization
PLC系列泵是我厂引进法国日蒙施乃德（J.S）公司泵制造许可技术，奥特桑伯尔（H.S）公司耐腐蚀耐磨蚀泵用材料冶炼铸造技术，制造的耐腐蚀、耐磨蚀液下泵。
PLC series pump is a anti-corrosive and wear resistance wet pit pump . The pump manufacture permissive technology was introduced from France Jumout Schneider company and anti-corrosive and smelting and casting technology and materials with anti-corrosive and wear resistance materials are from Haute Sembre company.
该泵为单级单吸悬臂式立式离心泵，它是跟据多相流理论和实践经验而设计的适用于输送含固介质的泵型，有多种材质可供用户选择，耐腐蚀耐磨蚀，已在磷酸磷铵生产装置广泛使用，亦可广泛适用于化肥、化工、污水处理、食品、造纸、制糖、矿山等行业。

泵系列产品代号Pump series of product code mode The pump is single-stage single-suction cantilever vertical centrifugal pump which is designed in the light to multiphase flow exoterica and practice experience for transporting the medium with solid. There are many kinds of diversified materials for the customers to choose. It has been extensively applied in the manufacture equipments of phosphoric acid and americium phosphate. It has anti-corrosive and wear resistance that can be extensively applied in the field of chemical fertilizer, chemical industry, sewage treatment, food, papermaking, refine sugar, mine ,etc.
二结构特点 Design feature
PLC系列泵（见PLC系列泵装配图），设计先进、整机可靠性强，采用刚
性轴设计，泵轴粗，轴承承载能力大，转子受力合理，确保单泵连续长周期运行。
PLC series pump (seeing PLC series pump assembly drawing) has advanced design, high reliability assembled machinery. It has adopted the rigid shaft design, thick pump shaft that the bearing has large loading capability, rotor bears the reasonable force to ensure the single pump to continuous operation for long time.
2.1 叶轮 Impeller
叶轮为闭式宽流道叶轮，此种叶轮型式，有利于含固介质的通过而不致产生堵塞现象，叶轮具有前后背叶片，前背叶片用以阻止介质向泵入口方向的回流，后背叶片用以平衡轴向力和降低轴向泄漏压力以提高泵效率。
Impeller is closed broad flow path impeller, which is advantage for passing the medium containing solid and doesn’t cause blockage condition. The impeller has front vane and back vane, the front vane prevents medium from returning the entry of pump, the back vane balances axial pressure and reduces axial transpire pressure to improve the pump efficiency.
PLC泵叶轮与泵盖之间的间隙调节，不需要拆泵而通过拧动调整螺母，使旋转部件前后移动从而实现间隙的调节，其间隙约为2mm。叶轮在轴上的安装采用锥形配合，拆卸方便。
The interval adjustment between impeller and pump cover of PLC pump just needs to screw the adjustable nuts to make the turning part vertically moving and realize the interval adjustment (the interval is about 2mm), instead of disassemble the pump. Installation of the impeller on the shaft adopts conical cooperation, which is easy to disassemble.
2.2泵体Casing
泵体与泵盖构成泵的工作室。泵体具有轴向吸入切向排出且通过弯管与出液管相连。泵体通过支撑管与轴承座相连。
Casing and pump cover compose the pump workshop. Casing has axial absorbing and tangent discharging through the siphon and is linked together with the discharging tube.
